an old soul

Now there is a term I have not heard in a long time.  I have been told by many I have an old soul.  Now how did I slip so far away from my pagan and wiccan friends?  Man, next thing you now I will be crossing the threshold of a church!!!!

Thanks for the memories

dina

I am 56 and live in Waco a small town in Texas and seem to have people to play with in real life  so age doesn't seem to be a bother except ONE submissive swears she will not play with anyone over fourty as I lock her in a cage, poke and tickle her, flog her, suspend her and send her home happy with a red red ass and a happy mind.  Soon she is back telling me again she doesn't play with anyone over the age of... scene repeatsso I think it is the person NOT the age.

I am not a fan of older doms or even dating an older guy.  The oldest dom I would consider is 40.  I am 21 and I honestly dont feel comfy with someone who is old enough to be my father.  I am in the process of getting my bf who is 19 trained to be my master and I cant wait.  I am glad my bf is into this lifestyle and is young.  I dont know what it is but older guys over 40 really do nothing for me.

I was 8 when Operation Desert Storm began and don't remember anything of Ronald Regan's administration.

Now THAT is depressing!

I'm 20 years old.. and I've had partners from a year younger than me, to 40 years my senior..
[sighs] It does make a difference. Not because older guys are .. old, or anything. But because when you're 18, and you're just starting out at life, you want someone to share it with you, who's going to be around 20 years later to say,

Age does make a difference.  I would have absolutely zero interest in a woman younger than 35 or so.  People that age are still unformed, learning about life and what makes them happy and sane.

I just have nothing in common with someone that age, and they don't with me.

Obviously, some young women are simply stunning in appearance, but the life experience and the maturity just isn't there.

I wouldn't trust anyone under about 40 or so to lay a flogger on me.  The wisdom and temperment takes a long time to take hold.

I'm 22 and my Daddy is 53. I prefer the older men. To me, they seem to have more experience, are more opened minded and have seen more of the world, which I love hearing about. I have played with men of all ages, but I seem to be drawn to the older ones. I think part of it for me is my wanting a Daddy, as opposed to a Dom or Master.

My experience only though, others may be different.

I do have a hard time understanding why Jailin can't find a master? It could be her profession or location i suppose.I like pinai,i was in the Phillipines and while poor ,they are always happy. My only complaint was i kept looking over my shoulder everytime the girls said "o o".

I agree. My ideal cut-off right now is at 45 for any play partner, just for the sake of compatible conversation. However, that's mainly an ideal.

I'm 38 and my Daddy is 32. *shrug* I really wouldn't have seen that one coming two years ago, but hey -- it works.

Well, I've never been all that much impressed with the age-number either.  I've had relationships with guys 11 years younger and 14 years older...and since discovering this lifestyle feel the age-thang is even less an issue.  I've played with 30-something Doms who are plenty in control!

I've also known 75 year old men who were plenty young.

Still, I've turned down guys in their 50's for being too old; funny, huh?  But they weeerrreee!

Age is relative and often a mind-thing.  I'm 58 and most people think I'm 40-something.  I'd date within a wide range of ages; but want someone who's not given up on life, who looks forward to every day eagerly and who enjoys his life.  Yanno?

(It does crack me up though, that the last guy I was dating was 60 and my brother was surprised I was dating a guy that old!   LMAO )

I don't believe conventional boundaries apply so rigidly in the bdsm world. I am 45 and I don't actually know my current owner's true age, but Her husband has just turned 60 and i don't think there are many years between them.

My previous Mistress was 30 when We/we first met.

45-65 would be my ideal age - I wouldn't even consider a Dom my age or younger.  I'm not sure why :)

Age is only a number - if I can connect with a 90+ year old and they still have an active libido, then whatever will be will be.

Com'n all you grandmas - take me for a ride :-P

Both of my Mentors were 59, and 64.   I would say age is more of a plus than a negative in my opinion.

"Age is a matter of the mind.. if you dont mind, it doesnt matter".     i dont know who said that first, but i've borrowed it many times.

age does matter.. but not so much the chronilogical age as the mindset age.  i know a lot of older folks who are young at heart, full of fun and energy.. then i know younger ones that act like they've been dead for 20 years already.  if someone's going to cast you off because of one attribute or lack thereof, then they're not for you anyways.

The oldest has been 46, but it just gets odd for me when they start to get older then my biological father.
