I tend to stick to Doms under the age of 50, but that's only because all of the ones I talked to over that age had already had their families and weren't interested in more children. It it wasn't for that reason, I don't have too much of an issue with age, though I don't see myself going over 60 (I am 31).

Even as an older woman in my mid fifties, i still find an old Dom to be easier to consider for a Master. i am not sure how i would react to a Dom a lot younger than i, and whether i would be comfortable being submissive to him.

I would have to say about 40-50... im 20 and as I say in my cm profile My own father is that age...anything older would be just odd..

It would all depend on the Master. i do not think i could see me serving one many years younger than myself but one never knows what this world has in store for us. i will say Master is the first one i have served who is younger than i am. but i have no problem in knowing it is He that controls me.

I'm older than the upper acceptable age range specified by most of the sub-respondents here, but so what?
There are many good reasons why a sub would limit interest to a certain age-range, whether young or old: level of energy, libido, shared interests, knowing the same songs, fear that the older one will die in mid-relationship, and so forth. These are all good reasons, and if important to the sub, it saves us both time to observe the stated preference. (of course, in life's infinite variety, there are young slaves that prefer older Dom/mes and vice versa!)

I do think that there are some matches that can work beautifully despite age-differences, and I look for slaves who share that outlook.
But if the slave's profile does not indicate indifference to age, or a preference for older Dom/mes, I look for older slaves (at least fifties, preferably sixties). My only regret is that there are so few slaves still interested at that age!

I don't know what the pickings are like in your area but in this area there are submissives/slaves who are in your target age group. There are some on the forums too. Older submissive/slaves are available, just not in the same numbers as the younger ones since wise men have already snatched up most of them when they were younger and hung on to them. There are some who are foot-loose again though.

Master is 56 and I am 34. Age had nothing to do with us ending up together. Age for me in the older sense isn't a considering factor. I consider the person, their health and things of that nature. For some age is a preference and thats ok, that is their preference. You have preferences too.

Who cares about age, that is so superficial. I am 45 and Master is 51, we met two years ago. I dated much younger and older and found it equaly satisfying, although admitedly I prefer older. I wish you luck and less agrivation.
