Will start my marathon training (gulp) on Sat.@ the

I finally weighed myself.  I gained 4 lbs over Pesach.  I just kinda took a lil mini-vacation from caring what I ate.  Plus I haven't been as active since Granny's been in the hospital.  Now I begin anew.  I'm off to the store to get myself some healthy food & I'm going to work on the house today.

Spanks Potty.  I have these light cotton shirts that I have only been able to wear open over t-shirts since I bought them.  I just put one on & buttoned it all the way up & it's loose!!  This is the stuff that keeps me working at this.  Yesterday I went out to try to find some skirts that would fit my new size, but wasn't willing to pay very much since I'm still losing weight.  Also, they would have to have elastic at the waist so that as I lose, I don't lose the skirt!!  I couldn't find anything that I wanted, so perhaps today or tomorrow.  I'm tired of wearing pants that are so baggy on me.

I wear a 9, but they're getting too big also.  I can't wait to get down to an 8.  [:)]

I have declared this Pamper the Pancreas week. Yes I really have done that.

I'm taking care of my pancreas. It came to me when I was meditating the other day.

So, I spent a lot of time destressing today. Art class (I made a gift for my mom) and morning at the hot tub place, scrubbing myself clean, resting in the hot water... and then I did the absolute bare minimum work necessary to prepare for tomorrow's class. I don't feel good. My homework is to draw flowers. That's nice homework, eh?

ETA:  Went to the store, bought stuff for salads, veggies & hummus & yogurt & butter toffee nuts.

Decided not to run the track on Sat. I'll be going thru the city back streets. There's a station 7.5 miles from me & roundtrip will be 15 miles. That's my goal for now. Over half the distance of the marathon.
