Good morning folks!

I walked 6 miles on Sat. I could have done more if I had some GU to pop when a headache started but had to go home.
Will be at the gym tonight after work.

Did 3 miles on the exercise bike yesterday.  Will go to Curves today and then do another 3 miles.  Still 283 and taking an duiertic.  Its hard label reading and avoiding anything with sugar, salt and fat in it.

I have to clean out the fridge to see where my yogurt has gone to.

2 more days before I leave to go to Austin, where I can walk like crazy.

Did 4 1/2 miles on the bike yesterday (when I was not fixing the pedal on it). also did Curves and might do that again today.

I am packing today for the trip down to Austin tomorrow. Got to get Lizard her ID so she can get on the plane and after school, treeat her (and myself) to a matching manicure *pronto purple*

Is that what happened to your avatar (bitch blindfold)? You gave it to the PT?

I'm still chugging along. I can only go to the gym on M, W & F's now due to classes on Tues & Th but that's only until mid-May (for now). I've been working out for miniumum of 90 minutes. Less time than the 2hrs but I've added alot more intensity to the cardio workouts & weights to the strength training so all is well.

I've been eating very healthy food but dammit I never thought I'd say I'm freakin' tired of brown rice! [>:] I added some asparagus spears/hot sauce to it today but it's still rice[:'(] Need to start adding salsa to it like I used to do to the white rice years ago when I was on a crazy no fat diet.

Well we did a lot of ab work.  Tonite will be Kick boxing.  As for diet she is just happy that I'm not eating crap.  But I've been eating better.  What are your workouts ?

I have been away for awhile and honestly lost motivation to work out due to being manic but I am back on track now and trying to come up with a realistic work out program that works for me. My issue is I get frustrated b/c I am fighting the side affects to my medication so it feels hopeless. I am now at 197 and trying to loose 3lbs a mth.

Usually I do 30 minutes cardio for a warm up then
30 minutes strength training then another 30-60 minutes
cardio. High intensity/resistance on cardio & increase the
weights on strength training every couple of weeks.

Ok, guys!!  I really need to get back on track here.  I've been stress eating or anxiety eating or sumpin.  I'm maintaining that 4-lb weight gain.  When I move back with my kids, it's going to be even harder to lose, since he is somewhat of a chef & they don't really care about calories & such.  And his food is waaaay too good to pass up.  HELP!!!!!
