I have a strong preference for tall men, and although I've had LTR's with men who were exactly my height (5 8), I see absolutely nothing wrong with making height one of my hard limits. They have to be at least 6 feet tall. Period.

I can certainly understanding a sub preferring their dominant (of whichever gender) be taller than they are, it sets up an automatic power dynamic based on size.

I was involved with a guy who was 6 7 once, I had to kiss him on the stairs or get a crick in my neck.

I have a few other hard limits when it comes to my partner's physical and mental characteristics, and if that makes people think I'm shallow because I won't date someone who is shorter than 6 feet tall or is more than a few pounds overweight, I don't care, their beliefs are their problem-not mine. I'm not about to date someone who doesn't turn me on. Obese guys absolutely gross me out-I've got limits on that for myself-I won't let myself get more than a few pounds overweight without doing something to correct the problem.

Bottom line, either someone pushes your buttons, creates that spark, or they don't. For some (Me included) that includes the physical, for others it doesn't. Neither are wrong, it is simply what works for them.

Thats almost pocket sized
With girls that small I must admit I find it cute when you scoop them up on one arm and they give that little sqeek and wrap themselves round your neck because they aren't used to being up that high!

Mind you I've done that with someone 5'10" as well, that was fun. A whole diffrent part of them ends up at face level!

Ok, I think I can honestly say that being with a man who was shorter than me...I just can't see it happening. Now, that's not to say it could not...only that I have never been a situation that I would have to think about it.

I haven't run into that problem yet.
I do prefer taller men, though.
