beat me too it! Carter wasnt the worst. Before his time, definitely. Clinton was loved... and secretly envied by many men. Reagan was smart. Alot of his bad mistakes didnt become apparent until the second term (The first S&L going under in Ohio didnt become public knowledge until the spring of 1985)
