hello all....

I just felt like posting a question that maybe somebody has come up with already…

¿ Does jelquing really work ?

I’be seen the video on metacafe and youtube about Jelquing, from some guy called Cristian in the website RateaBull.com and I wonder if someone has actually gained length and some thickness from doing that.

I also wanted to know if the gains are permament after a certain time of doing it constantly, and if the gains are in hard, thick and dense tissue or if the erection after the enlargement is softer, mushier, kinda like a swelling more than a defined solid gain.

And by the way, has anyone combined jelquing with the use of a pump to get better gains, permanent ones, with a thick, dense and solid erection and not a soft and mushy one ?

I just hate it when some Dommes go with the whole penis humiliation thing, especially because any guy on Earth wants to have a good tool for the job. I don't want any answer like "It's nott he size, is what you do with it" that feels very dumb and condescending but a real honest answer...

check wikipedia, but spell it without the U - evidently first done by Arabs.....

Easy answer - NOTHING found yet to help penile length.  Small gains (3/4" to 1-1/8") by surgical methods which release ligaments.

I like ball stretching - properly scrotum sac stretching.  Over the years have added a good inch-plus (forgot to measure before starting. LOL) That can be permenant and is tons of fun.

Some success with foreskin restoration - my own was half-clipped in response to amiguity of the practice at the time.  So, I've stretched it back somewhat.  Surgerical - skin graft - methods work.  The great gay porn star Al Parker had it done...

Unless a Domme specifically requests this of their submissive partner, I would recommend avoiding attempts at size alteration. Personally, my inner workings do not yield for larger men. I prefer the average range. If a submissive I was getting along with told me he altered his size, I'd be disappointed. If I want his size altered, I'd want to be the one doing the size altering.

Regarding whether the method you mentioned actually works, I have no idea.

if I may offer my wisdom...

The technique of jelquing, or as Mstr LanceHughes says, jelqing, is basically a mechanical stimulus which, coupled with the consumption of human growth hormone and some steroids, testosterone derivates, and colagen along with other aminoacid injections with actine and miosine can work as a long-term, gradual treatment. Surgical procedures which strip fat from the pubic area, and release the suspensory ligaments from your PUBIC area can let it stretch, but the erection may lose quality and it can las less time.

My own advise, based on medical research i've done myself for topics related to cartilaginous tissue regeneration in our clinics, considering the technique is also used here and with some modifications, is the following:

-Jelq according to the rateabull page you mention. i saw the video and it is very explanatory, but I'd add the following: after each "milking" motion, hold the stretch for 3-5 seconds.

- During the milking phase of the motion, while your thumb and index make the ok sign and pull, use the other fingers to squeeze and release, or to amssage the area behind it as if you tried to scratch the palm of your hand.

- At the end of your repetitions count, pulverize an aspirin (do this beforehand) and mix with hot water as mucha s toc reate a gelatinous paste, soemthing like 0,5ml for a small tablet of 100mg and rub it ont he areas, then wrap a hot bandage on it while wrapping tightly and holding an stretch to a good extent.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The difference between this stretch, which should last 30 seconds at most, and the ones you hold at the end of the jelquing "milking" motion fo each rep is that you will stretch the penis not to its maximum, but 3/4 of the maximal lenght you could stretch it too before damage.

It is very, VERY hard to determine this so this last step shouldn't be added until after the 2nd or 3rd week of the program.

If you couple this with a good cardiovascular routine and a good adrenaline and testosterone pumping session at the gym, without the use of steroids, with a good diet, a good protein ingestion and meditation, and the reading of several books on Tantric sex and Tao of Love and Sex (I'd recommend Jolan Chang's work), and some stretching, mobility and toning exercises such as yoga, tai chi and chi-kung (with added weights and tension bands and wraps), you will not only learn to have a good technique to fully exploit your new size but also you'll gain perspective.

By the way. Go slow...it's better to takle 2 or 3 years to get to a size between 8 and 9 inches as many men want than to get it in 1 and lose it a month after you stop jelqing.

As a reluctant addendum: you should consider your size. If you are 6+, something between 6,25 and 6,75, you shouild NOT consider jelqing as a solution to sexual prowess problems. And also, check sites like The Ideal Penis Size, and google Ideal Penis Size Chart or just use this link I add now tos ee that anything between 7,25 and 8,25 is ideal.

If you consider your penis as a tool or weapon, like a sword, think that the greatest swordmen that ever lived, the Samurai, and the Ninja (and to some extent the Shaolin) wouldn't have used a claymore or a longsword nor they would have used a machete...the katana sword was a middle point in the spectrum and it was the finest blade. A big penis will become like driving a limousine and even if you do it on a highway or a big lot, it's not easy to pull tricks on it that you could do with a mere camry Toyota.

And yes, the metaphors suck, but I guess it's not my forte, biochemistry and medical sciences are, so take my word for it when I say that size matters....and it's better to be normal than abnormal, no matter if abnormal is bigger instead of smaller. In my humble opinion....the beginners should massage slowly moving from the tip to the base....for example, you can start the jelq at the middle of the lenght towards the tip or even at the last third, and slowly move to the base with each jelq, or better yet, keep the same range of motion but every 3 days or so move towards the base..other than that, let me regale you all with something from www.t-nation.com on the forums, called The Big Dick Workout...

I followed this four week cycle 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, took bcaas and NO (nitrouse oxide, bodybuilder grade) and went from 7 to almost 10 inches since my junior year in high school two years ago when i started to last week when i measured


Week 1: Stretches for 5 minutes, the squeeze for 5 minutes and Jelq for 10 min. You should be very gentle this first week and let your penis tissue adapt to the new stresses of the routine. Workout Mon/Wed/Fri.

Week 2: Stretches for 5 minutes, squeeze for 5 minutes and the Jelq for 15 minutes. Increase the pressure for all exercises. Remember if you feel pain you are applying too much force. Work in ligament massage during stretching. Workout Mon/Wed/Fri.

Week 3: Perform the soft stretch for 10 minutes, the squeeze for 10 minutes and the Jelq for 20 min. You should be applying maximum pressure to all exercises but be careful! There should be no pain at any time. Also if you see any tiny red dots appear on your penis decrease the force you are using. The spots are tiny burst capillaries that will go away but are signs to ease up. Work in ligament massage during stretching. Workout 4 to 5 days a week. You need off days to recoup.

Week 4: Perform the stretch for 15 minutes, the squeeze for 15 minutes and the Jelq for 30 min. Start off the stretch with the hard method for one or two rotations and then move to the soft method. Remember to Kegel Exercise! You should be going for maximum intensity with each workout. Work in ligament massage during stretching.

Exercises

Stretches

a. Soft This exercise will help lengthen your penis and stretch the ligaments attaching penis to pubic bone. You should be about half erect for this exercise as a partially engorged penis is more pliable and easier to work.

* Encircle your penis with thumb and first finger behind the head. Pull at a downward angle for a count of 30.
* While pulling perform the PC quick flex exercise.
* After the 30 count grab your penis at the base and shake quickly 20 or 30 times to relax it.

* Repeat this sequence pulling to the right, left and then straight out. When pulling straight out perform the PC long flex instead of the short.
* Repeat the sequence of pulls.

When first starting the amount of pulling pressure should be light. Increase pressure as you advance so that by the fifth week you are straining with exertion to get a good stretch (but not to the point of pain).

A good way to get extra leverage as you advance is to sit in a chair and grab your penis with thumb and first finger. With the other three fingers grab the end of the chair and pull. Kegel Exercise hard while doing this exercise. You can get a great stretch this way!

b. Hard The idea here is to directly stretch the ligaments attaching your penis to the pubic bone. First you must achieve a full erection. Grasp your penis around the shaft and push it down as far as possible. Next you want to pull it down with force and release for about twenty reps.

This is a quick pull-release, pull-release type movement that is really a series of downward jerks. After twenty pulls apply a constant pulling force with no release in pressure for a count of 30. Release the pressure and shake your penis to release tension. Repeat this exercise to the left and right sides. You will need to regain an erection first. Remember to do your Kegel Exercises with each stretch!

Squeezes

a. Long Penis Squeeze Grasp your penis at the base with thumb and first finger as far into your body as possible. Kegel Exercise hard and then squeeze so that blood is forced up the shaft and your penis is fully engorged (the veins along your penis will be bulging and the head will actually look glossy when done correctly).

Hold this position for a count of 30. You can move your hand forward up to an inch to increase pressure while you count. After 30 seconds release your grip and shake out your penis for a few seconds. Then achieve another full erection and repeat.

During each squeeze you should contract your PC muscles to get the maximum force of blood. This exercise gives you maximum pressure to your penis so you must be careful. You want to force as much blood in as possible without doing damage.

Keep alert for any signs of pain or little red spots. The spots are tiny burst capillaries and are harmless just stop the exercise until they disappear (usually a couple of days). Then ease up on the pressure and start again slowly.

b. Short Penis Squeeze Grasp your penis at the base with thumb and first finger as far into your body as possible. Kegel Exercise hard and then squeeze and milk up the penis shaft about an inch so that blood is forced up the shaft and your penis is fully engorged. Release and encircle your penis around the base again immediately, Kegel Exercise hard and repeat. This should be performed like a short Jelqing move.

Jelq

To perform Jelq, achieve an erection about 80% hard (it is important to have an almost but not quite full erection for this exercise). Having a partial erection during Jelq is the second key step to enlargement success. Your penis should be almost to erect size but still flexible.

Apply a generous amount of lubrication to your member (you can use hand lotion, baby oil, olive oil, whatever works best for you). Grasp the penis at its base with your thumb and first finger encircling it in an OK sign. Your hand position can be palm facing up from underneath the penis with the thumb over the top or hand over the top of the penis palm facing down with the thumb encircling under.

Start with whichever is most comfortable to you. Push your hand towards the head of your penis applying enough pressure to force blood forward toward the head. Release and immediately repeat with your other hand.

Continue to switch hands as you perform the exercise. Each Jelq stroke should last about 3 seconds. This should be a slow, steady and powerful movement. You should be able to see your penis expanding to its limits as you push blood up the shaft. Don't worry about counting strokes you will be milking for the time periods described later. You will probably need to take short breaks while Jelqing to rest your hands or regain a partial erection.

Interestingly, I asked one of my docs (urologists) about this very topic this past week (long surgery, little to do). He said there is very little that works . Sucking away fat from the base of the penis makes it look longer, as does weight loss (have actually seen men with negative penis's because of obesity).

His ending comment was something along the lines that unfortunatly you have to live with what you were given. I think i shocked him when i mentioned dildos.

The PC is the pubococcygeus muscle and it's the muscle you use when you stop urinating as you conciously will the stream to stop for some reason. Exercising it prevents incontinence. I'd strongly urge you to introduce a modification on the Big Dick Workout.....during stretches and squeezes, use the other hand, first the knuckles, then using the index and thumb to "pinch" a fold of skin and move up towards the tip, to stimulate the cavernous corporem and grow some lenght.

Also, during jelq, use the hand around the base to stretch the penis tissue, and start at the tip and work the way down to the shaft, each week, go closer to the bottom when startting the jelq..the alst thing you really want to do is beging the stretch at the base, although some actually say the contrary. I'd take a middle approach.

And as you jelq, the 3 fingers you are not using ont he hand that pulls in the milking motion, can be used to massage the tissue behind for greater blood flow.

Laso, wrap a hot towel before and after on the penis to increase the flow, massage the pubis before starting the workout, do some cardio work, like jump quats and splits before and stretch..trust me, it will help.

Also, some pulverize an aspirin and rub the tablet with some water, like 1mL of water per tablet, on the penis and wrap a hot towel after the workout, to enhance the absorcion of acetyl salicilic acid and enhance blood flow and capillar perfusion.

I do not wis to contend the Medical profession or your urologist but here's the opinion of an actual Biochemist, the guy who makes the drugs for the doctors and explains how they work to them....

The penis tissue is, after all, a muscle. It grows with us and yes, it can continue growing. The reason why an Urologist says it won't grow is to discourage people from trying, and with just cause, because 99% of the emthods are quick fixes that don't last, optical illusions and dangerous practices...but the fact remains..1% work.

There are testimonials, and trust me, I am one of them. I had a doubt regarding penile size myself and through my own studies, I found a cure. It is pretty much a simpler vesion of the Big Dick Workout, and I admit I was lucky to not hurt msyelf for I didn't have enough knowledge and guidelines and I didn't find that workout to tinker with it.

OP, I've not made it through the first page of your thread. Its painful to read, and I hope you notice that the long, involved replies about how penis enlargement might possibly be accomplished are from men. The women's replies are saying some version of "don't bother". I have little hope that our message will get through to you, or you wouldn't have bothered to pose the question to begin with. Still, I wish you'd surprise me.

If I want something bigger than what my slaveboy is naturally endowed with, I'll have him use a strap-on. Not a hollowed- out one, though. There's no need for that- I'd just leave him in chastity.
