yeah, but that would be WAY too easy. But you know, that may be just me. Personally, for agressively postured, poorly lit pictures, I'm all for not posting them online ... but again, that may be just me.

Not really. The ToS lays out the implied consent of members here to sexual and adult content. His images didn't violate even any nudity specifics that may or may not be applicable.

Now the guy didn't help his situation at all by being a total obstinate twit when he was told that he was going to win no points by posting such pictures in this forum. He could have listened, integrated, cooled it, learned. He chose not to and for that I fault him.

I also fault him for sending *me* a threatning CM mail when I was one of the ones who tried to help him on several occasions, even in his native tongue.

The issue here is not the content of the pictures, it's the behaviour. If we could focus on that, we'd come across a lot less judgemental and much more human.

This relates to NZ and LA's point about this particular thread. They are diplomatic, but I won't be. I don't see how it is frikkin dominant to be bothered by a photo of a guy in lingerie. Hide the poster or click on a different thread. Why allow someone self-absorbed to have any power over your emotions or your time?

Darling Red, you know I love your direct tone. But for the record, I wasn't bothered that much from the poster. He didn't offend me as much as he did others until he send me a vile CM Mail and then he got blocked. All I was doing was trying help a newbie. Part of *my* style of dominance is to guide. Seems like he didn't care much for guidance. His loss apparently.

And for the record, I never once got emotional over it ;-)

On just the picture aspect.....

In My private collection, I have a number of pics of various types of play. There are a number of shots that I could pull out and post. Most of them aren't of Me, but things that I've done topping other people. If I've talked about it on these boards, there's a 90% chance that I've got a picture of that kind of play somewhere.

However, I chose not to do that. The reason for that is fairly simple. For every person out there who would love to see the cuttings I've done on clip's chest, there's someone out there who really doesn't want to see his skin opened with a gaping wound with blood running down it. For every person who would get a kick out of needle designs, there's someone out there who feels like their skin is crawling at the very sight of a needle. Brands, cups, wax, fire, cane marks, on and on and on.

I don't need to shove My kink into someone else's face. I am free to express Myself in any way that I want, but that doesn't mean that I have to impose Myself on anyone else. At some point, you have to have the social grace to say that it isn't necessary to cram these things down other people's throats.

You post a phrase that I think seems to be escaping many people 'social grace'.

I doubt that ANYone on this site cares whether or not a man wants to dress like a woman. I am quite certain there are a fair number of people of both genders that get off on that sort of thing. There are also a fair number of people that get off on things like, water sports, scat play, blow jobs, etc etc etc......you name it.

I don't think it is the activity that people get upset about. What it really comes down to with photos or detailed descriptives is squick factor. Mal and his waxing poetic about having a fist up his arse.......at some point it's just TMI and people will tell you so. Seeing multiple photos that are not aesthetically pleasing to most people will garner a person some version of "Enough already!!! We GET IT!"

So OP, it's not that we are trashing what you enjoy doing, within your life, as it may or may not fit within your personal life. It's that not everyone is going to enjoy having it blasted in technicolour across their computer screen.

If you want to post here, make yourself a human being to all of us. Make who you are, more, than you dressed in bad makeup and wig in women's undies. If you can become a human being, treat the rest of us as human beings that may or may not appreciate your specific kinks, carry on conversations about things other than your specific kinks, they you and your kinks will be much better accepted.

Logic dictates that one of these positions can't be correct, as the person in question was modspanked yesterday and had pictures and comments removed and others put on Awaiting Approval.

If the Mod saw fit to do this, then the opinions of others are justified.

If the opinions were wrong, then why was he spanked?

It's an endless argument on the boards and why a lot of hall monitoring has been called out lately.

I've just done it now.

If there's no TOS violation, why hall monitor?

If there's a TOS violation, the Mods should take care of it.

By the way, people ARE allowed to say someone LOOKS uncool. I know it's not a popular view, but the pics are posted with a reaction in mind. Do they all have to be positive? If I think he looks like Ron Wood in a drag contest gone wrong, then I can say so.

You've all said we don't HAVE to look at the pics, but he also has the choice NOT to look at the responses.

I want to make one final point to all who have defended this op.

It has been said over and over again, but people who are holier than thou who are defending people like the OP need to actually comprehend the displeasue of most of the posters.

If the OP and his defenders would once again HEAR this:

NO ONE IS PUTTING DOWN SOMEONE'S KINK. WE ARE PUTTING DOWN THE BEHAVIOR OF THOSE WHO ARE SO CONSUMED WITH FINDING A LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THEIR PARTICULAR KINK, THAT THEY DO NOT LISTEN OR UNDERSTAND COURTESY IN THE COMMUNICATION TO DISCUSS THAT KINK.

IF SOMEONE'S KINK IS TO SHARE PHOTOS OF THEMSELVES, PUT 100 OF THEM IN YOUR OWN PROFILE, NOT HERE. OR THE PHOTO SECTION.

AND, WHEN PEOPLE EXPLAIN HOW THE RULES OF CONDUCT WORK HERE AT CM, MOST NORMAL PEOPLE WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, INTENTIONS AND THE DESIRE FOR LEARNING WILL "get it" AND START REDOING THEIR POSTING STYLES, LISTENING AND ENJOYING THE ENSUING DISCUSSIONS.

There is a poster who will remain unamed who post very slanderous remarks against me with very little provocation. I don't have a kink to be humliated therefore, he is crossing big boundaries. What do I do, I walk away. Nothing more I can do really, except leave the forums and no one has enough power to bully me. But others seem to indulge this poster, overlook that he has no social graces... some who have on this thread berated the OP for having none.

The reality is that we are all, including myself, highly subjective and discriminatory based on our own desires, preferences and perspectives. Though this will not change, I think to remind ourselves of it now and then can help us make a small difference.

EbonyWood: On this one, I don't agree with the final Mod decision. But then, that's ok. I'm happy he got clamed up for imposing his kink. I hope that other people who impose their kink, say "verbal humiliation on non-consensual posters" will get their mod slap soon too. I highly doubt it though as people are ready to encouage and enable him.

But I'm soooo much tougher than that ;-) I've risen above worse and will continue to stay above and try to be an example, though I'm far from perfect myself.

And last but not least, this is kink site with perverts. If someone's perversion (within the bounds of what is permissible in the TOS offends you) is too much for you, well sorry charlie, just ignore it. There are no needs for disclaimers that something is going to be graphic (though if you feel inclined to post such disclaimers, that's fine with me). There is a disclaimer of explicit content on the front page when we all log in.

Another thing we ALL have to consider.......the bottom line is that the owners of the site will ALWAYS have the last word. What we find acceptable, they may not and visa versa.

Secondly, it can come down to majority rule. If I call Domiguy a twat waffle and he calls me a douche nozzle (I still love that so had to slip it in), neither he nor I get our panties/boxers in a wad and the majority is not offended. It will stand. Yet it does technically violate TOS. I think it fits into that huge gray area where majority rules. Just as parts of this thread seems to have.

It isn't always black and white. Sometimes it's going to be just like when my kids complained and wanted to know why I wouldn't let them do something or was making them do something they didn't want........."Because I said so." I didn't have a black and white reason, I was operating on my gut instincts.

Yup, yup, and thats the nub of my point. He just happened to have an imposition kink on top of his feminization kink.

This can be seen as permissable if the disclaimer is enforced, or until someone rules what 'explicit' exactly is.
