Hope you noted the pulled pork, too. [:D] Come to think of it, I didn't post the actual recipe for that: 1 pork butt roast (whatever size fits the crock) 1 bottle of your fave BBQ sauce (Fresh and Easy's "Hot" BBQ sauce is incredible) 1/2 cup water Put roast in crock and add water. Cook on high for 2- 2 1/2 hours. Drain fat and add BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, until pork pulls apart easily with forks. That's it, lol. BTW, if pork loin roast is on sale, you can use that instead and skip draining the fat, as it isn't necessary. Loin is tastier in this recipe, too. ETA- I'm so going to do the meatballs alfredo! I also want to do Lance's fabou appetizer, but lack an oven in my current place.... time to get creative!
