While hopefully, everyone will end up with the person who is a perfect fit... Perhaps you are 'over-weeding' and eliminating yours.
Could be that someone seeking a 'professional male' is not in search of deep pockets, but is just tired of getting the e-mails I get which state something like this" ' I have no job, and can re-locate immediately... I am ready on your command to be a total slave to you and your home, please let Me re-locate to you and I will be yours' Sounds like his landlord is beating down his door, he can't hold down a job and wants Me to support him .... how about a 'professional male' instead.. Also, Perhaps the woman who is not attractive to you in a generic profile description would stimulate you in ways you never knew. Just a thought...
You are right Mistress Lorelei, that is a possibility. But last week I received an e-mail from a Domme here in Florida. If you read all of her requirements to serve her, it was clear that her main interest was the expensive gifts she demanded. And I mean even by brand names! So it was pretty clear to me that any guy with deep pockets could have her to "play" with. To me, she was not much different then a pro. Only difference is she did not ask for cash, just shoes, purses, and I think, jewelry. She stated she wanted an "upscale sub". But I do understand that there are some subs that may be looking for a Domme as a free ride and is willing to scrub her floor for a place to live and be fed. lol Sad isn't it?
So it is a weeding out process on both sides of a good D/s relationship. Some of us are real and some of us are just wankers and players. That goes for some that put themselves out as Dommes as well as subs. BUt I do realize with You Dommes, the weeding out process can be exhausting since you do have that 1000 to 1 ration over us subs. One more reason that being a good Domme has got to be harder then being a sub. Much more work!
