I very rarely eat processed foods and have no intention of increasing that amount to gain weight - as you said, it's crap. The only thing I buy that comes in a box is milk. AngelikaJ posted a link to a list of healthy calorie-dense foods and since I tend to eat small portions I think this will help. I don't eat much meat so I already drink a protein shake, and I have no intention of giving up my chocolate :) but everything in moderation. The 'chocolate cake cure' was kind of a joke - I went to dinner with the boyfriend recently and we split dessert, which he divided into three pieces: one for him, one for me, and one for my butt, which apparently got smaller when I lost weight. We ended up bringing half of it home, and it took me a week to finish it. I am a bit impatient to get back to a healthy weight, but I know it'll take some time. *sigh* I guess I'm stuck wearing belts every day for a while.
