I have talked to several Doms as of late that have made requests for me to wear high heels on a regular basis. Stelettos to be exact. (For some reason these guys don't like block or wedge styles) And preferrably over three inches. Now I do wear heels now and then, but most are wedge styles as they tend to feel better and more comfortable on my feet, and also heels lower in inches,( one to two inches.) I was wondering if any other submissives have had this request and have adapted wearing shoes like this to their owners preference.
The problem I have with it, is that most steletto type heels over 3 inches tend to KILL my feet after wearing them for a while. So much so that it is all I can think about is how much my feet hurt and then I lose focus upon everything else. Does any other sub have problems with wearing these types of shoes?

Yes! Stilettos kill my feet & I haven't worn them in years. Actually very high heels are not good for you. If you make a point of wearing them often, your achilles tendon will shorten unnaturally & you will be in a world of hurt. Plus high heels are not good for your leg muscles, to say nothing of throwing the lumbar curve in your back out of alignment. They may look uber-sexy, but they are uber-unhealthy to wear.

I asked Daddy if He wanted me to wear high heels for Him and He said no, that they're unhealthy to wear all the time. He knows that & I do too. We're both nurses and know better.

Haha. My Dom actually prefers I not wear very high heels (unless they're super comfortable) because I can't walk well in them...and I complain.

My Sir doesn't like high heels either, except for special occasions. He says they are bad for my feet, and since he happens to find my feet sexy...I don't think he wants them messed up :)

You know, this is a good thing. Those Doms are clearly saying that they think getting their momentary jollies outweighs any health issues you may incur. What better screening mechanism could you ask for?

There are a lot of fetishists out there who *love* stiletto heels. I can't wear them so they tend to be an immediate "No, thank you" from me to them. It's a major deal-breaker for me. I have heard there are shoemakers whose heels are wearable for long periods of time but those shoes cost big bucks and I can't wear them anyway so I've never pursued it.

I admit I am envious of the Carrie Bradshaw types, but I am certainly not one of them. Having suffered from plantar faciitis which required cortisone shots up through the bottoms of my heels, I can not wear more than 2 inches comfortably for any long period of time. Having taken a tumble down some stairs about a year and a half ago and wiping out both ankles didn't help the cause. High stilettos are sexy as hell, in my view, but I must only admire them from afar.

That said, I did wait for him to come home from work one afternoon, in the kitchen in a sexy low cut black dress and amazing stiletto fuck-me shoes. Upon entering, he dropped everything in his hands and grabbed me...Then he told me to walk in them - he wanted to see me shimmer across the room. I laughed and said "I can't!"

Some boots (shoes) were NOT made for walkin'...

My previous Master loved for me to wear heels all the time. Some of the things that helped were to wear shoes that had ankle straps - helps keep the shoe on and takes some of the pressure off of the ball of the foot - and if you can find dancing shoes, there are heels made for dancing that are much more comfortable.

Stilettos 24/7 are hard. The only way i was able to do it was in NY, taking a taxi just about everywhere (smiles). But it was fun shopping for groceries in stilettos - and i got lots of compliments, which was unexpected.

During play, yes, sometimes they would kill my feet and you are right, when your feet are hurting that bad you can't think of anything else. i had to learn how to be open and give him information without whining and complaining - because whining and complaining generally just brought out more of the sadist in him...

Fortunately over time he relaxed the rules a bit. But i'm glad that he pushed me through wearing them, because now i can wear heels much, much better than i ever used to - even though my favorite is still barefoot.

Subs aren't the only ones who have to deal with this problem. I'm rather petite and I love the advantage that high heels give me when I'm domming a man in bare feet. Unfortunatley they hurt so bad that I end up slipping them off before very long. After some recent foot surgery, I had to give up my 6" stilletos and 5" stilleto thigh hi boots for good. That hurt almost as much as wearing them.
Like some of you, I've resorted to wearing wedge type heels or lower ones. There's also a gel pad out there that goes under the ball of your foot for when you wear heels and you would be suprised at the difference it makes. They're very popular now and easy to find, but originally I was introduced to them by the owner of an erotic store. He was about 6 feet tall and weighed about 300 lbs. As he watched me try on some of the shoes he carried we got into a conversation and he told me that he happened to be a crossdresser. He told me to try the pads, which they sold right there in the store. That's when I purchased my first pair of 6" stilletos.
The guy that sold them to me told me he could actually run in his stilletos with the pads. I laughed and asked him how he managed that. He told me "Well, I didn't say I could run very FAR."

Got to say, really high stilettos are a hard limit for anything beyond standing for short periods, walking a few feet, or wearing in bed for playtime. My (legit) excuse is that I have no ligaments on the outside of my left ankle and a bad step will cause dislocation (again), but the fact is that those things friggin hurt like hell! At 5'9", I don't need to be any taller

I made the mistake of wearing stilettos to the Green Door in Vegas 2 years ago, and I still get shit for running abound the place barefoot most of the night (I bleached my feet after.... really!)

my master loves and would be so turend on if i wore high heels but he never asks me or expects me to wear them, i have had most of the meniscus removed from one knee and anything over an inch leaves me with knee pain so its flaties or my favourite bare feet. he just wants me to be happy and comfy.

I love stilettos, and when I go out I prefer to wear 3" or 4" heels.

But wearing them all day? Can't happen. It throws my back out, gives me headaches and sciatic pain, hurts my feet and generally makes me grumpy.

I live in at least a 3.5 inch heel daily, most are 4 inches and 90% are stilettos. Just classy elegant stiletto pumps. In summer, I mix it up more with strappy sandals but always with a skinny pointy heel.

I have worn this type of footwear since I was a girl starting with those wooden soled slides "Candies". Damn I *loved* those shoes.

So in answer to the OP, it isn't a request he would ever have to make because I am in them daily. I do know he absolutely prefers them though, and is quite generous in buying them for me.

As to the comfortable factor....pain is beauty~

I confess upon my avatar. I'm a shoe whore. I enjoy the visual delights when I see a woman in heels. I enjoy what it does to her shape and posture (when done well). I especially enjoy that wearing them often bring about an unexpected pleasure and confidence in her that she might not have known was there. One of my first 'rules', which I considered practical and still do (to an extent) is that when with me any servant of mine would wear a minimum of 2 1/2"', with no maximum (of course). Any platform, of course, reduces the actual slope, but still gives height. So yeah, wedges are plenty sexy, although not necessarily as saucy as higher heels and stilettos.

Having said that, I've also learned to be practical. I understand that many women have afflictions. Fortunately, I've not brought that on in them over the years. If you can (wear heels), then please do for what it feeds me (and perhaps you). If not or on a limited basis, then there are other ways to manifest my pleasure. Suffering is one thing, but I'll gladly find ways to bring about that suffering that won't mean doctor's visits and surgeries and whatnot.

Besides, the extreme ballet boots and heels are really only made for crawling, and there's certainly nothing wrong with that, is there?

Constant high heel wearing would be a deal-breaker for me. I'm too aware of what it does not only to feet and ankles, but how it throws off the body's entire alignment, which can lead to problems down the road that may seem unrelated but aren't. I care too much about my body to put myself through that.

Hot heels as an occasional thing would be fun indeed, and I'd love to have a nice pair or two to wear to fetish events. But that's pretty much the only time I'm really okay with wearing them, especially very high heels. And really, I'm a much happier girl when I get to go barefoot!

Disclaimer: I'm a guy and I've never worn any. Women who wears dresses, stilettos, stockings and anything made out of silk are definately my type. So I'm familiar with this topic.

As far as I understand, the wide heels help your feet, but not your knees. Also, keep in mind that while muscles get sore, cartiledge and knee/ankle joints get damaged rather silently and don't really hurt until they degenerate to the point where bone is grinding on bone.

For the people with the make-me-wear-highs-heels-constantly-to-make-me-feel-uncomfortable-for-you fantasy: There's plenty of entertaining ways to make someone feel really uncomfortable and get satisfaction knowing they are doing it just to please you. I promise. Girls asking for this are young and clueless (till someone teaches them right :) ).

Forget the D/s aspect, it's just plain stupid to encourage something that has a 100% chance to end up with the woman in question not being able to wear heels at all, needing knee replacement surgery or walking around with a cane. Even if I wasn't with her anymore and some other guy had to deal with it, I wouldn't like that on my conscience.

Specific advice:
Figure out how much wearing them works for you comfortably and safely and go with that. If your Dom has some control over what you get to wear, he can request heels on a regular basis around the amount you are comfortable with but still WHEN he decides.
If you need to explain to your dom why this is important: It's an investment into the future, similiar to working out and eating healthy, that guarantees he'll have a happy/healthy sub well into the future. Hopefully, your Dom will be a responsible person.

High heels are like magic: Use sparingly for greater effect and more longevity.

Dominant, submissive, or totally vanilla...stiletto heels are the sexiest things ever invented. I'm sure they aren't comfortable, but we really appreciate it when ladies wear them.
