I disagree-I can't change the atmosphere of the boards but I can change the way I communicate so that my conversations don't feel tainted-if I want to talk about something important I *memo* people...

That was my point..You changing the way you communicate is up to you but I won't allow it to make me change. If I wanted to post something I would.

We cannot alter who posts here. But we can WISH for it. I sincerely wish that every doof who comes to the Mistress forum to slag femdoms would just STFU. I will not get my wish. The best *I* can do is NOT FEED THE TROLL. I wouldn't have it any other way, much as I miss the interesting discussions that we had in past years.

Status: offline 		Actually, it's very much what happens when I've attended sigs in the past that were Domme/sub only.  There are also boards on other sites that have the distinction of avoiding the matter by being exclusive.  However, I am not familiar enough with the history (long term) of those groups to know if there has ever been such an obvious shift as has been seen here. 

For such a shift to happen, even within My own considerations, I don't think it is due to a singular occurance.  I believe it's multiple factors.  Even in saying so, I tend to think that, among those multiple factors that some have a higher importance than others.  As a person who is very priority/level of importance oriented, it is natural to Me to wonder how other people value their reasoning.

Didn't we just go through all of that?  I have to tell you, MM, I sincerely wonder at times if we wouldn't have been better off if the boards had been combined to begin with.  While there are positives and negatives on both sides of the speculation, I do have to wonder how the balance would have worked out overall.  Again, curiosity on My part and absolutely not suggesting that the powers that be do it now.  I really do think there would have been some benefits to it.

I do have to agree with you on that LP, I think that the boards should have been split TOP/BOTTOM and avoided the gender issue entirely.

I really have no idea how to keep the Goreans in their own zone. I miss Aswad posting here, he had useful insights to contribute, but why come here just to say Wow I'm glad you're not in on OUR side of the fence!

While I absolutely say that either gender has a right to speak on either board, there really are some folks who have more of a contribution than others.  That's just the way it is sometimes from individual to individual.

Ever so true! Which is why I wouldn't dream of blocking anyone from anywhere here. The boards are for EVERYONE. I just wish more of those everyone's would think before typing.

Remember that hide function that was mentioned earlier? You really don't have to rabbit on about how much you dislike LP, or think of us as being whiners. Just HIDE.
