I just want to point out that "money dommes" and "Pro-Doms" tend to be two seperate types of people. "money dommes" often are not even involved in BDSM often scammers from Russia,or Africa, that never actually see/met and often never even speak on the phone to their "clients".

Pro-Doms, on the other hand see clients in person for their tribute, they pay for wardrobes of fetish clothing, shoes, and boots, plus a dungeon space, equipment, toys, and tools, not to mention general upkeep, cleaning, phone, email services. I would love for Kevin or anyone else to go pick up a latex or leather outfit for $30, or maybe pro's should call the light company or the gas company and say you should give me a discount so I could lower my rates, so more guys could visit me.


and no for the record.. I am NOT a pro, I do have respect for what they do, and what they put up with.

i already have worked for free. Been there done that. Have seen oppportunities to work for free in my area but wouldnt touch them with a barge pole. Because working for free means losing money and im not into that at all

Believe me if pro Domme fees went down everything would become cheaper.  The bottom line is if people dont pay the extra they wont get the extra, hence when i get into taxis now i only pay the bare minimum and no more same with restaurants, the fee and no more and a lot of people are doing that now and prices have fallen consequently

I agree that in certain businesses that prices have been reduced or changed. For example, some resturants in Virginia have been doing promotions, like the two dinners for $20.00 thing.

However, this includes:
1. a selection of selected dinners to choose from, not just anything off the menu
and
2. smaller portions

What does this mean? Yes, you are able to get something to eat at a good price, but is it what you wanted or would have eaten if price were not a factor?

Some things are never going to fall in price, do you think that if you went to buy a car and said, hey I want a 2010 Chevy Cobalt and I am not paying you over $5000.00 for it, that they would say, okay?
It just isn't going to happen.

We can compare apples to apples and apples to oranges or pears to pumpkins, but the reality is, if there is something you want, you either have to be willing to pay the price or you don't get it.

It sounds like your saying you dont tip. and that is not cool. Its cheap and tacky.

We all want what we want. Sometimes we just have to work at getting it. Thats life. You just figure out how to get it or whine about it. Youll never get what you want by whinning.

Bottom line is if everybody say I will NOT pay this price 5,000 or over, I will pay $2,000 and that s my FINAL Offer and mean it they will have to sell for 2,000 or not get a sale. They will have no choice. The problem is people dont haggle but they are starting. Small example i was charged $2 for internet access in my local shop , I protested that I was only on it for ten minutes that $2 was too much, I would pay $1, result i won, the retailer accepted $1, the customer is always RIGHT

We've had this SAME discussion before kevin, and come to think of it *checks back to OP*- the orignal post wasn't even about this. Once again, you poorly attempt to push your opinions as fact.

let's go down the list:

#1- like what was mentioned before, ADULTS...responsible ADULTS, do not buy something they can't afford. Especially when its a LUXURY.
#2) feel entittled to this "luxury"? pay a prositute to indulge you-not a high end one- probably one with a drug problem who will appricate the $30.
#3) work on your personality if you want somebody to play with you for free. like, NOW. If somebody paid for your session with me on your behalf(ya know, FREE FOR YOU) and paid me 5x the amount i charge- there would be no way in HELL that I would see you. If I knew it was you, I wouldn't even sit at the adjecent booth of you at McDonald's.
#4) if you don't want to do either, won't you just kindly shut up about how unfair things are for you?

i ll tell you what s cheap and tacky shall i , incompetent bank managers speculating way over their heads without thinking about anyone else and through their incompetence landing let me see hundreds of millions of people out of work. Thats whats tacky and you expect me to pay a tip when society does nothing for me, sod that, i wont pay a tip , i wont pay anything extra and i will haggle until society treats me properly, if im to suffer, im damned if anyone else is going to benefit, not on my watch they wont not when im going to restaurants or taxis etc, they will get the fare but no more am i their employer , no do i have any responsibility to them no, should their employer pay them fair yes whose responisibility is it at the end of the day that they get fair remuneration, the employer end of , if staff were paid properly they would not need tips, if they are unhappy take their employer over the coals of an employment appeals tribunal and sue for constructive dismissal, ie the employer leaving them with no choice but to leave because they dont PAY them PROPERLY
