This thread is very difficult for me to comment on cuz I am not a Top, so couldn't really comment or even wrap muh head around the responsibility of a Top. I do not play, scene or any other label that is attached to it. I do what I do.

There is kinky stuff involved in my dynamic... wanna see a troll drool? Show up with rope in hand and say; Um... Mr Troll sir, I cannot seem to get this rope around me and these damn high heels just get in the way. If my head does not explode right then and there, yer in fer tha bondage fukin ov a life time!*

For me it is Total Power Exchange. It isn't partial power, tentative power with these addendum's, it is TOTAL POWER EXCHANGE! You're mind, heart, body and soul is mine and becomes my personal playground. Total Power over you, with a glance, a whisper even a text; I have you where I want you.

I need my girls to have their happy on and I will use my power, the power they hand to me as caretaker of, to facilitate that happy to the best of my ability.

To address the thread, I can only do so as a D from my personal dynamic:
The power they give to me comes with great responsibility.
Submission is not a gift, it is fukin plunder.
The power of deference is my friend.
Their well being is my responsibility, just as mine is theirs.
This is not a democracy, it is a fascist dictatorship. However your opinion is valuable, but not necessary to the operation of TrollTopia.
If I am not good/the best person for them, they will be sent on. Vice-versa, I will not abide anyone not good for me.
Finally (I use this tentatively), my greatest responsibility is to ensure she/they know that they are the center of my universe and love, a powerful deep committed love, is my ultimate goal.

To 'top' is a process, as in 'topping' although, (as in the linguistic slide towards making processes into things) the process is mostly accrued to the 'top'.
But anypne can do the topping, even (ironically) from the bottom.
The master/dominant/domme insturcts who does the topping.
When topping occurs outside of instruction I feel really uneasy indeed it sickens me at a certain point although I have the sort of disposition and personality that makes others/invites others to 'top' me.
Topping can be psychological or physical. As I remain a masochist I often like someone to take charge of needling me or being my pain in the arse.

Often I see members on the other side with those words in their profile, read said profile and am left shaking my head.
