Welcome to collarme. People around here tend not to pull their punches. If you are looking for hugs and kisses, you may be in the wrong place. Be warned of that. However, there are a lot of smart people here, and you will usually get a variety of advice when you ask for it. You don't have to follow it, or even agree. But it would probably be better if you tried to listen without getting hurt, angry, or defensive. There is value to the honesty, and most people around here are NOT trying to piss you off and ruin your day.
