I think the act of seeking the office makes you a study in compromise. If George Walker Bush had been a courageous man, he'd have signed an executive order banning funding for abortions. And even though it would have been overridden, it would have been an act that defined him morally. He DIDN'T so he's RIGHT THERE with the Billies, the Als, the Johns, and the Jimmies you fear so much that folks of your ideology (if it can even be called that anymore) feel so compelled to make a public asses of yourselves with these sweeping.
But just so we're crystal clear, the CLEARLY RIGHT WING LEGISLATURE seems to wish to make it easier for guys like Mr. Lang, THAT'S INDISPUTABLE (See below):

A Wisconsin state Senate committee approved a bill on Wednesday -- the day of Lang's arrest -- that would allow residents to carry concealed weapons without getting permits or receiving any training. The bill, approved 3-2, would allow those over the age of 21 to carry guns in locations excluding schools, jails, prisons, courthouses and law enforcement offices. The bill has yet to go to vote.
And while this primes most idiots to launch into their "guns are being taken away" fantasy, I wonder why in light of the manhunt under way for this lunatic, weren't fucking smart enough to protect these loons two favorite historic shooting galleries Churches and Medical Facilities. So, while the articles connected to this guy CLEARLY DON'T show that this guy has meaningful ties, one at least proves pretty conclusively that Right Wing legislators can't legislate their way out of a wet paper bag.
If there's a Democrat left in Wisconsin, you might want to ask them to save the people from this oversight by adding the churches and medical facilities as areas protected from psychos with hidden firearms. Cause there probably isn't a way to prevent it from passing a floor vote.

I mean since what you wrote is clearly a rant by some poor sap who's popped his cork... based on the flavor of the rhetoric you use in response to my glib remark which neither paints Lang as right or left wing. It actually points out that he is a man who's lack of understanding of the paramount codicils of his own faith is going to fuck him for eternity.
But I can of course see how someone who's anger has been steeping all day might snap at something that has no mention the allegation you are attacking.
My prescription to you would be to get a really strong sativa strain roll it up and smoke it while watching the comedy channel until Stephen Colbert seems funny to you.
