I think they're just from stretchy fake leather, not vinyl but I imagine the smell in plastic shoes after you sweated a bit...

Ewwww, that makes it even worse!

Honestly, I find that shoes tend to get in the way (or perhaps it's my size 10 hoofies, I don't know......) and I generally end up accidentally thwacking someone.

I have something like this only with laces and more buckles, but those are not really for play, they are for everyday wear.

It does work with high heels, it's just you do feel it in your legs the next day, obviously something I heard, as you wouldn't think that I would do anything like this ;-) (And I prefer real leather boots)
