~FR~

if I was going for another tattoo, I would choose an artist that used single use needles.

If you do find a pro-domme that provides actual sexual contact, I would highly recommend bringing your own toys that might have ANY chance of breaching the skin.

wow, that's some pretty fucking impressively imaginative rationalizing there.

Again, my apologies for the confusion.
oh that's all right, there's no confusion. it's crystal clear. you're an old whore who pretends to herself she wasn't what she was: just a fucking prostitute dressed in fancy costumes.

Hannah... depending on her age (and I have not looked), what she said is NOT outside the realm of possibility..

20-30 yrs ago, (even less, really, given the advent of the internet), the rules and regs were a shitload more fluid (no pun intended).

she may be older, but she DID indicate that her experiences were quite a while ago.......

(and quite a while, for those of us over 35 yrs of age) does NOT mean 20 minutes...

*hugs n stuffs to you, Heather, and da girls*

During the time that I was working professionally (which was many many years ago) the gray area between sex and toys was wider.  Sexual contact was considered sexual organs (penis into vagina, oral sex, or masturbation) and strap on play was not within those lines.  Today those lines may be different.  I was a private Dominatrix with my own private dungeon.  When I was referring to the professional dungeons I meant the larger ones that employ several Mistresses currently. I do know professionals who work for dungeons like that, who get tests through the dungeons they work for. I'm sorry for the confusion.  I never had sexual contact (penis to vagina or oral sex or masturbation) with my clients.  I paid for my own STD tests every six months even though I had no contact with clients (I was active with lovers)  and made them available to clients who requested them.  I admit to not being clear on what the statues today are. I just don't know if they consider strap on play part of the gray line or as sexual contact today, 10-13 years ago it was a gray area that, being younger I took advantage of.  I probably would not have done that were I operating today.  Again, my apologies for the confusion.

Thank you for your personal interpretation that sex with a strap on isn't sex.  You're not related to Bill Clinton by any chance, are you?

To be honest, I also have a hard time seeing it as sex, I just see it as a bit of fun, to have sex some of my body parts have to be actively involved, inserting plastic into somebody is sexy, but it just doesn't feel like sex to me even if it does to the other person, for me a HJ would be a lot closer to sex than pounding somebody with a strapon.

Not saying this is valid for everybody or a legal issue (we don't have those so much on this side of the pond), just how it feels to me personally.

HannahLynHeather -> RE: can pro domination session cause STDs? (7/26/2011 10:48:19 AM)

she fucked guys up the ass for money. yeah now that i think about it you're right, that makes her a fucking therapist.[8|]

see ladyp's post. she was a fucking prostitute and knows it, but wants to pretend she wasn't by making up bullshit rationalizations. and 35 isn't a fuck of a lot older than me.

e2a: back at ya greedy, and kisses for the pussy too
e2a: oh and kisses to the kittehs as well. [;)]

ladyc, if it doesn't feel like sex to you, you're fucking doing it wrong.

it's fun but it seriously doesn't feel like sex, and Hannah, while it legally might be the same in exchange for money, I can imagine that it will feel slightly different if you're penetrating somebody with an inanimate object or if you're on the receiving end of being penetrated. I don't get the anger that you direct towards her, isn't it bad enough that some people tell women what they can do and what can't do? If somebody is happy with their choices and what they do, it's up to them, isn't it? To be honest, I always had a lot more respect for women who worked as escorts or prostitutes than the ones who married for money and withheld sex until they got what they wanted from the husbands, both the same, just one of them is honest about what she does. If they are happy with their choices, why would I feel upset? Their bodies and their decisions.

LadyPact -> RE: can pro domination session cause STDs? (7/26/2011 5:12:29 PM)

I won't speak for Hannah, but I'm not angry.  I probably have the same indignation that you do concerning the scenario that you presented.  If someone marries for something rather than love, perhaps for wealth or social standing, have the balls to call it what it is, instead of pretending for others what you would like it to be.  That's all I'm saying here.

If we're not talking about fucking a person with a piece of plastic, silicone, wood, metal........  I don't care.  Pick a device.  Go ahead.  Tell Me what the act is about?

Suppose I want to ram somebody up the ass with a broom handle.  Aren't I fucking them with it?  Consent, non consent, end all, be all.  As soon as I enter their anus, what am I doing?

Well, I would too, but needles aren't the only equipment tattoo artists use, and I'd like the reusable equip to be sterilized....

Also, I am going to agree with LadyC here. I, personally, don't have a problem with prostitution. As long as your old enough and mentally stable enough to consent to having sex for money...and are up front and honest about it and any std's you may have ...who the fuck cares? Who are we to judge what other people do with their bodies? I think it should be legal, but its not.

what the fuck?
what the fucking fuck?

sweetpea, i, of all people don't give a fuck if somebody is a prostitute. i was a fucking prostitute. all i'm doing is pointing out that she was to. despite her desire not to have been one.

coookie -> RE: can pro domination session cause STDs? (7/26/2011 9:56:16 PM)

Your new avatar is mesmerizing Hannah.

I don't care if she is a prostitute either but i don't think you can take level of personal enjoyment to differentiate the act. An intimate part of the body is being penetrated. It is sex imo.

I have no idea, but the very concept induces a good deal of mirth.

I've made about six posts today and I'm about to start wondering if I am writing in Greek.

Can we agree on something really simple?  If I fuck you for money, it's prostitution.  It doesn't matter if I fuck you with a cock, a cunt, a finger, or an object.  It's still fucking!  If I delude Myself to say it's anything else, that's My problem.  Not yours.

Trading cash for sex?  If you've got a better term than prostitution, I'm all ears.

I'm not speaking legally or technically, of course then it is fucking but the other person gets fucked, it's strictly a personal feeling, for example I couldn't be fucked by a person I don't have an emotional involvement with, but I could cheerfully fuck somebody with a strapon just for fun, because it would feel less personal to me, I simply wouldn't be as emotionally involved if a piece of plastic penetrates somebody else, because after all that's not a body part of mine. The other way round - no way.

Fully aware that some people might feel differently, but personally I could disassociate myself easier from the piece of plastic...

LadyPact -> RE: can pro domination session cause STDs? (7/27/2011 1:40:23 AM)

Just take a moment and understand that even you are describing it with the word "fucking".

Is the basic premise that difficult?

I don't know if I didn't make myself clear, as I said, legally and that the action is the same, not a problem, but I am talking about personal feelings here, it simply doesn't feel as intimate to fuck somebody with a piece of plastic than it would be if I was the one being penetrated. If penetrating somebody with an inanimate objects equals fucking, then sounds would be fucking as well.

As I said for *me* it feels completely different, it's a different thing, I could use a strapon on somebody as punishment, I couldn't fuck somebody as a punishment. I'm not making claims that this holds true for everybody, for me - and just me personally - it's a massive difference about how I feel about those actions and what I'm personally comfortable doing.

rawtape -> RE: can pro domination session cause STDs? (7/27/2011 4:39:03 AM)

Tangentially touching on the discussion here, in certain subcultures (read: gangs) in Latin America, some individuals (male) are often sodomized. In their perception, this is not looked upon as a sexual act (for instance, being quite homophobic, they would take umbrage at being called gay, despite the male-on-male penetration), but as an act of domination/punishment.

LadyPact -> RE: can pro domination session cause STDs? (7/27/2011 8:36:00 AM)

Whatever floats your boat.  It doesn't *feel* like sex to you then I guess a sexually transmitted disease or infection doesn't apply.
