Make an effort to note your point of satiety and then eat no more. Don't starve yourself either - beauty should be seen as a byproduct of good health and an overall sense of well-being. Furthermore, starving yourself tells your body there isn't enough food and warns it to start storing whatever calories it can spare as fat. You don't want that either. Hydrate. Drink plenty of water throughout the whole day. Drink anything else sparingly. Use one of those online weight calculators but don't be afraid if you are even 20 pounds overweight - statistically that's practically meaningless. If you feel good, eat good, and do some basic exercises - it's all going to be just fine. Good health can be forever; youthful beauty has a shelf life - start preparing now. Even so, I still think beauty comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, and ages. quote:
