I had The Talk with them..

Yes, I DO have to leave for work 5 nights a week.. this is so that I may continue to get their food, 'nip, toys, and so on.
YES, I do have to pay rent, so that the 3 of us are not living in my car.
If I DONT get the tower, then they get treats more often, for longer..

they SEEM to have forgiven me...

Thank you. Every now and then I do believe I nail it.

I have found, from my own personal experiences, that the uber dom is very often a newish dom with limited experience and numerous insecurities. He tends to be afraid to show a softer side thinking people won't consider him "dom" enough. Sad really, as the only submissives likely to get involved with him (almost certainly) have their own set of issues.

NOT a recipe for relationship magic, but I digress.

Agreed. On the slippery slope to being a cat neglecter, for sure. I have a lil black one who wraps his lil paws around the man's ankle when he knows he's going to work. He has to be pried off (serious cat abuse).

Why not combine the Master/Mistress forums?  It seems to be that there is no line and either gender and role likes to comment regardless.

Yes, but many threads are not discussions, therefore I suggest to change the group name or... warn everybody equally.
Otherwise, "ask a Master" would not be normative, but "discussion" yes. This is not the case. And nor in the description of this subgroup nor in the description of my thread is any reference of discussing.
