I do a lot of financial domination, but it's not my only area. This question/situation pertains to a sub who was into financial and what not.. I'll make cliff notes to make this story a lot shorter.

- Asked to be Blackmailed. I am not into BM because it is illegal, not to mention, I want my sub to want to pay me because they're told to or they're following through on what they said. To play into his fantasy, I made him write out a letter with his information [he included even his debit card and took photos of it, i never used it, fyi], saying he gave me permission to video tape him during sessions, take pics, etc, and to blackmail him and then wrote down contacts information.
- He did not pay me upfront. He owed/owes me $1000. He wrote out another note promising to pay on a certain date; he didn't. This note is also signed, etc.
- Is active military. [is this not a security clearance issue for him?]
- I never blackmailed him. I have more than the information he gave me on him cause I guess I'm just a step ahead.. but I could ruin his life with the click of a button. I may be a Domme but I have a hard time ending someone's life like that.. but this guy will PISS you off. He just gets under my skin. AWFUL sub. Too military and alpha to ever be fully submissive except for an hr during a session...
- Tomorrow I am promised to receive the grand. In return, I told him I would clean his slate and allow him to start fresh. He is even welcome to fly out for a R/T session with me in a few weeks if he makes well. Gut feeling: he's not gonna pay up, despite his swears/promises/reassurances.

Any advice? I am so tired of getting my time wasted. I know I'm partially to blame but when it comes to manipulation... this guy has ME beat, I think.

By coming back to planet earth. You deal with it by chalking it up to you having gotten carried away by the fantasy and your own hype.

write it off. if he DOES pay.. excellent. but since he most likely won't, consider it a lesson learned and move on.

Err.... a service was offered, a consideration was offered in exchange, an agreement was reached and the service was provided.

Legally and morally this person owes the money.

To the OP:

His sexual preferences may or may not be an "issue" when it comes to his security clearance, but his willingness to fail to pay for services received certainly is. In some respects, it could be argued that you have a patriotic duty to let the authorities know that they've given a security clearance to someone who is willing to welsh on a business arrangement.

But at the end of the day... provided that you're not seriously out of pocket then I doubt the drama of pursuing the debt legally would be worth it.

So my advice is write it off - if he wants further services from you then make him pay upfront, and recover the debt that way.

crazyml - thanks for answering without the need to try and be a dick and look like a big shot about it and understand what i was asking.

i've thought about mentioning to him he should really be careful with his security clearance if he's gonna go around pulling this shit - not every Domme will turn the other cheek. And I didn't mean sexual preference, I mean, he IS straight, anyway. But he allows photos of himself to be spread around the internet when he is supposed to represent... welll... us? ha. Photos of himself drinking his own piss... not just a dildo in his ass.

he willlll flip out now over the BM. it was just a fantasy. when i even teased the idea and did a scare tactic [far from actual bm] he about had a stroke and threatened the cops.. reality set in! i told him taking his own self public would REALLY make him look bad and let the cat out of the bag, without my help as I had done nothing ;p then he did a 180 and was back to me and begging for sessions. I've been Domming him for MONTHS. Not sure how serious he is about wanting to be able to come for r/t before he goes to Afghan in a month... once in Afghan he's gonna have a lot of time on his hands and extra cash flow, so he's going to be seeking a Domme - he doesn't want me to go anywhere.. so I'm 50/50 on the money tomorrow. I would and would not be surprised to receive it. =\

This guy also has kinda like... IDK, he's "befriended" me. He knows me as more than just a Domme. He finds peace in it, cause he knows it'll be hard for him to ever find a girl up to his standards [myself] who will accept his sub side and everything. He'd love to date me but no thank you!

Sounds like this one will sort itself out.

It sounds as if you've been very very clear with this person - But I would, sincerely, advise you to be very careful when it comes to BM scenarios - you might decide that it's unlikely ever to be worth the potential drama.

Yes, I am very careful with what I say. I have wanted to out him so many times just because I hated him as a person! Nothing to do with money.. But, I didn't. That wouldn't be BM... he could maybe argue I destroyed his character [forget the legal term], but if it's all true then......?

I'd argue that HE destroyed his character, by wanting his photos taken knowing he is in the military and has a very vanilla life. If you're secretly into BDSM, you do not sign off on your photos taken =p
