What I am saying is that OUR bringing it into the light once again is what's put it on the table again. It's an idea that's been around a bunch of times. The real difference is like the bank fee thing 'that wasn't our idea', is merely this, it'll now get done, you'll be able to call it whatever, and all us 'kooks' in OWS will be happy. And we don't care who needs credit for it. But I kinda think the Brown bill is dead out of the shoot. It's vague.
