Ive found the best way to have anal with a noob is spoon fashion. Im large so I have to be careful. If you use a LOT of lube and lie on your side. The male holds perfectly still and lets the female push back. No matter how good it feels (and it does), when you get that initial penetration thru the sphincer, do NOT thrust into her. Let her push back. She can set the pace. Before she knows it, you will be balls deep. Anal is a lot of fun (for me at least because Im a 'giver' that way). If you want to do it lots, make it so she likes it.

Wow I can't believe some of the retarded thoughtless answers so many of you are givin out. No wonder I left this site years ago, can't believe it's gotten worse. Way to degrade what we considered a community

Most experts say that using a numbing cream is a very bad idea... but since you seem to think you are expert enough to pass judgement, why not give all all your thoughtful wisdom.

Well I, for one, am NOT claiming to be an expert on the subject of anal sex. However I, like you angelika, have read that using numbing cream is a bad idea... for the simple fact that if you cannot feel the discomfort of a penile insertion, you will also not be able to feel any warning signs (pain, cramping, rectal tearing, etc.) that would be reasons for stopping.

My fear/dislike of anal sex has nothing to do with being a part of this community, it's been there for as long as I can remember. I've tried it a couple of times, I relaxed, they got all the way in, but I have yet to get to a point where it was good for me. It always ends up being a hurry up and finish type of thing for me, hence why it hasn't happened in many many years.

OP, since I never got to the point of liking it, I will say that out of the couple of times I did do it, the spoon position did work best for me. for all the reasons Hill said above. Best of luck to ya!

Your anus is most likely expelling things about the diameter of the average penis on a daily basis. Therefore (as long he's not in the top 1% or your super tiny) you don't need anything like multiple stretching sessions.

However, I certainly won't knock the idea of experiencing anal in a completely controlled environment (as in you and a toy) first. Doing it that way lets your body and mind get comfortable with the idea of something going in there and lets you see how your body reacts in a no pressure environment.

That said, you've done that and your response is "how long before we can actually do penetration?" which I expect means that you're comfortable and enjoying the whole insertion thing so my response is "now-ish" as in go have fun just do or have him do some anal foreplay with a toy first.

Only read the original post, but my first time I only practiced with my fingers lol. Just use alot of lub and it will hurt at first, but start to feel good at the end. Btw It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be from rumors(not to say that there was no pain) and I was with someone who was around 8 inches.

let the receiver control it. and lube like crazy to start, and remember, that's a hole that doesn't naturally lube, so you may need to re lube while doing it.

if it *hurts* stop and lube. It shouldn't *hurt* IMO. uncomfortable, yes, hurt, no.

this is the way to go for the first time in my opinion. it makes it easier for you to control what you feel. i have on occasion been able to do it that way without lube its just more comfortable in that position. i also think laying on your back and letting him push into you slowly isnt as harsh either. make sure you let him know what you're feeling, so hes not to push too fast. i also seem to find it easier when im stimulating my clit or playing with a vib. to distract from the light discomfort. its very enjoyable once you have gotten the hang of it, it becomes easier.

Whenever you want. A nice hot bath prior helps you and your ass relax. Use some lavender.

You actually have two O-rings to get past. The external sphincter doesn't have that much resistance. The internal sphincter has a large group of muscles controlling it, which make it tighter, and more resistant to penetration. It will open up with gentle pressure.

You can go bareback or use a condom. If you both have been tested negative for STDs, you might consider bareback. If you use a condom, be aware that latex, and possibly polyisoprene (synthetic rubber), is imcompatible with oil-based lubes. I understand polyurethane and AT-10 resin condoms can be used with either aqueous or oil-based lubes.

My personal preference is coconut oil; I think the water-based lubes dry out too quickly, and get sticky. It's a liquid at body temp; a solid at cooler temps, which allows you/your partner to push a small piece or two in so that the rectum has some lubrication (one can use a small syringe (no needle!) and insert liquids inside). As has been said already, don't be shy about lube use. Use plenty.

Now, about cleansing... you can use a bottle (bag), a premade douche, or a douche nozzle, which screws onto your shower massager hose (if it's long enough). A douche bottle is gravity-fed; the premixed are made to squeeze in, and the nozzle uses water pressure (gentle!) and is inserted like the other methods. A disadvantage of the nozzle is one can only use water. In a bottle, you can put in a little Dr. Bronner's soap, or a bit of vinegar, or a little salt. The liquid should be about body temp, or a bit less. I don't think I need to explain how to use a bag.

It may take more than one rinse before the effluent runs clear. That's fine. After douching is the time to take that warm bath; that allows time for any water remaining inside to be absorbed. Some people like to touch up if there has been some passage of time.

Loosen up however you need to, if you need to. A small toy, a finger, a thin carrot, whatever. If you use your finger, or borrow one, make sure the nail is trimmed and clean. You or your partner might even work up to two or three fingers prior to taking his penis. You'd be surprised how much the ass can be stretched if it has been trained, and the stretching has been gradual. (One of my Favorite Clips)

Astroglide tends to get gummy. Being a medical fetishist, I orefer surgilube, thicker, more slippery viscosity, and is great for use inside the body as its designed for that purpose.... by the case its pretty reasonable on amazon ;)

I think everyone is different as far as how much they can take in anal sex and which position works better for them. I take a pretty big thick 8incher like a champ. It usually hurts for about ten seconds, then it starts to feel good.
