I'm often amazed by the number of guys who think women should "just take it" but would never offer up their own hole. Especially ridiculous since they are the ones with the sensory stimulation gland in there...here sir, let me introduce you to your prostate... I promise if you let me put a hand or two in there I WILL rock your world :) I'm lucky to keep my husband down to 2-3 times a week. And that's just to allow some variety, payback for me, and "real life" (ie. kids at home). And we craft our own lube, even if it means buying a new blender ever few months.

I tried anal a few times, or more, and it was ok. Definitely an interesting experience. But there are SO many other things I want to do. Best part about this lifestyle...infinite options!

Well, there you go!!! I am the same as you. I tried anal a few times and it was so, so. Now, the other way around, it is mucho good. It is the way I am build. nothing right or wrong. simple as that .

With a newbie who is scared or someone that needs the slow gentle approach, I follow some variation of the following:

- Discuss it with her so that she is ready emotionally
- Make sure she has cleaned herself out. I don't like having something pushing back.
- Massage shoulders and other parts and get her to relax. If she is into BDSM a good long slow spanking might be as good - get the endorphins to flow.
- Fuck her a while and do things that turn her on
- Massage her perineum and ass hole gently
- Use lots of K-Y Jelly (warmed?) and press gently on the sphincter while continuing to massage it
- Slowly work a finger in. Sometimes while fucking her or fingering her.
- Pause if she tenses up, then resume

I tried some anal relaxant spray a couple of times, I don't think it made any difference.

Someone suggested the person on the receiving end ought to straddle the other - +1

May I please explain what a Dominant's responsibility is? He realizes that anal can potentially result in tearing tissue, and makes sure that he uses lube.
