Now we are cooking on Gas, this is what the Topic is all about, sound advice, good quality advice based on true experiences, this Yoga is spiritual based on maintaining constant relaxation at all times, it helps focus and control the life force, Master enages with his three slaves different techniques but similar transforming mind through movement. ananda is far more gentle in its approach, but a very good post and now Ananda will be looked into. Status: offline I use ananda yoga techniques on my partner (and myself) post-scene to re-balance. While he is usually very tired and spaced out, I'm hyper-energized with adrenaline and won't sleep for two days if I don't do this. We both do a series of supported side twist (beginning on the right, ending on the left), child pose, then an extended (30 minutes or more) savasana or legs at the wall (my personal favorite.) I will do the last pose in a dark, quiet, separate room. It helps me disengage from the scene and return to myself, quieting the synapses still firing.

Am I the only one who keeps imagining Mister Ray as being some cute pet due to the way he speaks? Like a little kitty-guy going "Pet likes to talk. pet talks about many things :)" x_x I suppose its cute in a way.

Anyway. I don't think I've ever been in a sub drop, but I do experience that crashing feeling when my domly-thingy leaves after certain actions ._. Makes me feel lonely and upset. I think its because Im very emotional though.

Pet rubs the lotion on its skin.....

And all because of this syntactic phenomenon called Illeism.

As for the actual topic...anyone want to talk about it? I have seen sub drop a few times. I think I have seen it more in women than in men. I rarely spend time with women but it seems (IMHO) that women go there more often than men do.

Anyone have an opinion about this?

It is certainly a woman thing, it is quite serious really if it is not addresses, this Master made that very big mistake, and certainly regrets it very much.

Correct Bob Dole, but he is not I, also practitioners in Illeism was Julius Caesar, William Shakespear, Martin Luther, Richard Nixon and this Master, there are many more , maybe Freud a true mentor , it really is an acceptable form of self reference, if people will close there dissatisfaction to the shrill of the red muppet Elmo who is indeed public enemy number one, Elmos really talks in third.

The thing about referring to yourself in the third person in everyday conversation is that it seems to be a practice more reserved for slaves and other servant-type roles. The use of third person denotes humility. Or, in contrast, an over-inflated ego. Either way, it is not becoming of a master.

This Master is old school, the recognition of Illeism has old a pedigree as the evangelistic overzealousness which it encounters,
