I briefly watched a documentary on economics, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Commanding_Heights:_The_Battle_for_the_World_Economy. Vladimir Lenin was making reforms near to the end of his life, but he encountered interference. What Lenin encountered was I suspect your politics is your personality disorder. Lenin was an intellectual and wasn't blinded by his ideology. Apparently, he did not believe in communism because he had a certain variety of personality disorder. He could admit that communism was flawed. Everyone else around him couldn't. quote:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Commanding_Heights:_The_Battle_for_the_World_Economy While strongly in favor of this trend, the authors worry that globalization will not last. More specifically, they believe that if inequality in economic growth remains high, ... the movement will end ... This is what must be fueling our current politics. I'm guessing that our intellectual elite are worried that inequality may be the end of capitalism.
