Yes, Willard says "What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander." Who the hell says "sauce" anymore???????? My gran has even moved to saying "good." Next he'll be asking Jeeves to pull out the Model T. oooops I mean go to the elevator exclusively for the cars and have that Model T brought up.

We have press releases FactCheck, and the Massachusetts commission that all say he left in 99... You have one guy who claims he's seen SEC filings, show us the filings.

Dude, all you need to do is go to the sec website, those filings are public.   Do you know people can see the ignorant shit you post?

So, why is it that the neo-cons and teabaggers are running around hysterically at the implosion of their party spreading misinformation like so much manure on a potato field, it doesn't cover up their ineptitude, moral turpitude, or any of their other myriad tudes, don't they know that there are people who can read, and cogitate?

I don't quite see why this is an actual issue to anyone other than mouth-breathing libs. Romney owned Bain, but he didn't run it after 1999. There is quite a difference there. This was all settled when he ran for Governor.

The only reason this continues to be an issue by the lunatic left, is that it is a distraction from the dismal record of their Dear Leader. As long as Bain is in the news, no one will be talking about the Obummer Depression which has put more people out of work and on welfare than at any time in American history and led to multiple hits to the full faith and credit of our government in the global economy. It distracts the debate from his dismal foreign policy, the 20 hidden in taxes in Obamacare, his socialist/communist past, and his ties to domestic terrorists.

There are real issues out there. Bain is political theater intended to mask the lefts desperation. Nothing more, nothing less.

One only has to read your material to know how 'un-bias' you are of facts and evidence against total fantasy. You do not understand the seriousness of the issue more due to your lack of insight and wisdom. How do I know this? Just look at that middle paragraph of yours. The President, given the situations he has been in, has come out ahead of the game. And has done a good job considering the forces that were automatically opposing his actions and words, without an ounce of consideration, reflection, understanding, or objectivity. Did you say 'At a Boy Mr. President!' when he gave the successful order of SEAL Team 6 to take down Osama? Or did you try to change the topic when ever it came up in conversation?

I and others could explain it to you, but clearly, we have a better chance convincing a brick wall its a country meadow with pretty butterflies and singing birds. "The 20 hidden in taxes in Obamacare"? Yeah, did you ACTUALLY READ the Affordable Care Act (did you even know that's what the bill is called?)? Or did someone tell you how to understand it? I read it and I can tell you....your full of crap! Why not do yourself a favor and go visit a library. Its a public building that has an investion created long ago in piles. They are called 'books'. Find the ones on the US History of 2008 to present. Study up on the facts, not the lame crap shovelled by FOX News. Take the time to read up on the Affordable Care Act (its 934 pages long). After that, read up on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Though for that one, you might wish to get a college level 'macro economics' course under your belt first. The material in the ARRA is a bit....heavy. Also, would be a good idea to understand the circumstances the country was in when that bill was created (hence the macro economics course).

The ACA was passed without the public (or even the lawmakers voting on it) knowing that there are taxes in Obamacare on everything from tanning to bio-fuels. All in all there are around 20 taxes. Remember that infamous line from that twit Pelosi about passing the bill so we could find out what was in it? Taxes were hidden in the bill and passed into law by the Democrats who refused to allow anyone time to even read the thing before they took advantage of a super-majority in the House and Senate to pass ACA.

How fucked up is ACA? The Dumbocrats still have to try to sell it to the American people to justify the lackluster performance of their candidate in this election. I can't think of another instance where any other law was the subject of political debate in a Presidential election AFTER being passed into law and declared Constitutional. Can you?

Seal Team 6? Really? Is that the best you can come up with? Your Dear Leader followed the plan George Bush put together with the military to kill Bin Laden, so I'm biased for not sucking his political dick after listening to what an idiot Bush was every time Oblamer opened his mouth? Really? I suppose I should bow down and worship Oblamer for keeping the Bush tax breaks in place during the last election too. The irony here is that the only two things he has managed to do right were set up by the guy he claims destroyed the American dream single handed...

But hey, since you appear to like the notion of less jobs, more welfare, a lower standard of living, and a generally less pleasant life... keep supporting the guy. Maybe your economic dreams will come true and you can become another one of the millions of victims of his Keynesian economic policies.

-SD-

Oh yeah, Bush had it all sorted. Is that why he completely gave up? Or is it simply that Bush failed again as he had failed at every other major task in his life?

I wish you would get your stories straight.

http://www.39online.com/news/local/kiah-tan-tax-story,0,5671826.story

If you didnt know about the tanning bed tax before the bills were passed by their respective parts of Congress, before being reconciled into one bill, then you were perhaps the only one who didnt know.

Interesting that Rush sees a bath as deadly.

Guess he's not ready to come clean.

Bain
Bain\, n. [F. bain, fr. L. balneum. Cf. Bagnio.]
A bath; a bagnio. [Obs.] --Holland.

bane [beyn]
noun
1.a person or thing that ruins or spoils: Gambling was the bane of his existence.
2.a deadly poison (often used in combination, as in the names of poisonous plants): wolfsbane; henbane.
3.death; destruction; ruin.
4.Obsolete . that which causes death or destroys life: entrapped and drowned beneath the watery bane.

But then, if we analyze Limb-bough...

limb 1 (lm)
n.
- One of the larger branches of a tree.
- Informal An impish child.
-(out) on a limb Informal
In a difficult, awkward, or vulnerable position.

bough (bou)
n.
A tree branch, especially a large or main branch.

...we see a very large impish child in an awkward, vulnerable position.

There's no movie for it. But Al Franken wrote the book!

That's hysterical actually, as none of that would be if not for the entrepreneur / businessman (the risk takers). All of it was built on their backs. So the risk takers would still be successful in a country without any of that state funded schmutter like (say) Somalia, then?
Maybe the self righteously whiney apologists for the plutocracy should all bugger off over there, in that case. You won't have to pay taxes in a country with no government, after all, and the sweat of your brows will still make you rich without any of the social infrastructure that only wimpy progressive spongers need.

You dont think those who go to work for a new business arent also taking a risk? Missed opportunities elsewhere, missed salaries, missed benefits, ect ect ect.

You seem to act as if only the business owner himself is taking a risk.. gimme a break.

http://www.fas.org/sgp/crs/misc/RL33433.pdf
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/07/19/households-wealth-american-1-percent_n_1687015.html

WASHINGTON -- The share of the nation's wealth held by the less affluent half of American households dropped precipitously after the financial crisis, to 1.1 percent, according to new calculations by Congress's nonpartisan research service.

By contrast, the share of total net worth held by the weathiest 1 percent of American households continued rising, hitting 34.5 percent in 2010. The top 10 percent's share was 74.5 percent.

The bottom half's share of wealth has declined since it reached a high of 3.6 percent in 1995. But the most dramatic drop occurred after 2007, according to the analysis of data from the Federal Reserve’s latest Survey of Consumer Finances.

Another staggering indicator of the concentration of wealth at the top in the U.S: When all household wealth is divided by the number of households, the mean household net worth in 2010 totals $498,800. But the median household net worth -- the level at which half the households have more and half have less -- was $77,300, meaning that the rich have so much that the average net worth in the U.S. is actually 6.5 times that of a typical American family.

The study found that the share of wealth held by the top 10 percent of households grew from 1989 to 2010. In every other segment of the remaining 90 percent of households -- i.e. the middle and lower class -- that share went down.

The study cites a recent Federal Reserve Bulletin article's conclusion that "a broad collapse in house prices” was the main reason for the changes between 2007 and 2010. The decline in the stock market "played a considerable but lesser role" in part because stock prices, unlike home prices, have broadly recovered.

The report makes it clear that there is cause for alarm. "Inequality is the term commonly applied to the concentration of total net worth among the relatively few households at the top of the wealth distribution," it states.

But -- realistically -- the report doesn't include any policy prescriptions. Rather, it notes that within Congress there are "[d]ifferent views about the impact of redistributive policies on long-term economic growth."
