I never claimed you claimed Zimmerman was a racist. Period.

O'Mara's Latest Motions: The State Has Some Explaining to Do

In the George Zimmerman case, Mark O'Mara has filed two fairly explosive motions. You can read them here and here.

In addition to withholding the report on the analysis of the phone found at the scene alleged to have been Trayvon's, it turns out the records given to the defense by the investigator who downloaded the information from the phone's sim card don't match those turned over by the State.

Also check out Officer Joseph Santiago's chronology of events concerning the phone.

There's lots more in these motions I don't have time to get into now like issues regarding the Dee Dee (witness 8) interview. O'Mara says he will depose the Martin family lawyers and public relations adviser. Diwataman has a summary of the motions.

If the state has been playing fast and loose with its discovery obligations as alleged by O'Mara, and it seems he has the documentation to back it up, the state has some serious explaining to do.

Wrong. I've known about your perpensity for dishonesty for months, but this is a new low for you. The ONLY change I Made in that post was to Zimmerman's name, period.

Hopefully the mods can look at the original post as they can on many boards (so I'm hitting report for that reason.)

I never would have imagined I would have to screenshot posts before editing to prove what they said to defend against an outright liar. This is disgusting.

Wow. O'Mara's really pulling shit out of his ass now.

Looks like Zimmerman's defense doesn't actually have anything other than George's unbelievable stories. And O'Mara (a) knows it and (b) doesn't really care, since I can't imagine he has much sympathy for a client who let him lie to the court on their behalf.

Wait for Zimmerman pointing fingers at O'Mara. It's only a matter of time before it's "O'Mara's Fault".

To George, "Anyone But George" is responsible for George's situation.

I blame the rain. (It rained, didn't it?) Martin, trying to weave his way between the rain drops, caused Zimmerman to think that his erratic behavior was caused by being on drugs. And then the Coriolis force - yes, no-one yet has mentioned the Coriolis force - caused Martin to end up in the bushes where he was paralyzed by the endomorphic toxic gasses emitted by the nearby termite hill. Now, if he had been kept paralyzed all night, he would still have been alive - but drenched - the next morning, but unfortunately the rain drops dislodged a black widow spider from one of the branches in the bushes and it fell into his neck and bit him. That broke Martin's paralysis. He burst out of the bushes, and driven delusional by the endomorphic toxic fumes and by the black widow spider bite, he thought that he was a rat and that Zimmerman was a butter-syrup frosted donut with a big wallet, so he punched it and tried to kill it so that he could eat it and put the big wallet in his own pocket. As it happened, though, the fat donut also carried a gun and perceiving the black widow spider and attempting to rescue Martin from this spider, the donut shot the spider, inadvertently thereby also causing Martin's demise.

And this is the truth and it is whole and it is nothing else.
