I used to run 5 miles in the morning and 5 miles in the evening. I agree, fats are not a bad thing. There are tons of healthy fats. This summer my I want to find a healthy recipe for lasagna. Mine is anything but.... granted it is made with 5 lbs of cheese. Lol
