he DID not make 2 seperate calls, the one and only call was from him while he was still in his car, I THINK! the only other calls in question were the ones tray was having with his friend, and a neigborhood person made to 911 after the fact

of there was a second call from Zim I'd love to see the transcript of that call!

and sometimes in the heat of the moment things like that could be forgotten, I never said the guy was perfect, with everyone's 20/20 hidsight, SURE it was a mistake, but that does not make it murder!

So George was just walking down the street, minding his own business, when he was suddenly leapt upon.....

And he really couldn`t do much else.......he HAD to kill the youngster......

I don`t know, hoping that the moms buy that is a stretch.

and you got that from where? a newpaper article? a police report? I have tried to keep up with this from the beginning, and I NEVER saw that, maybe you could give us a link to the source of that?

I was always thinking manslaughter or reckless homicide.

That`s probably where it`ll end up.

I may be wrong, but I think double jepordy will prevent manslaughter. I think you have to make that an initial charge BEFORE the trial, now they might offer mansluaghter in a pea pargian, but if they don't get a conviction on murder without new evidence they cannot say well we'll do it over and shoot a lil lower on the charges
