I wonder how fast you will be able to move over 70...that's how he could tell...hell he had time for three warnings... give a warning three times as fast as you can and imagine how far you could move in that time... So... the guy could not have been moving so fast he could not retreat to safety.

I missed the part in the story where Hendrix had access to Westbrook's birth certificate and health records.
That would be needed to make you right, read a story today about a home invasion.
82 year old homeowner with a hammer. Intruder ended up begging for his life so don't tell me old guys are no threat.

Bama you can make all the lame excuses for this guy you want but there were so many things he could and should have done... and any responsible person would have done them rather then shoot an innocent man even if by accident.

1.) he should not have left the house with the police called and on the way... that was stupid and the only excuse was looking for an excuse to use his gun.

2.) OK he is dumb as hell and goes outside not knowing who or how many... in the DAMN dark.

3.) He sees someone who moves toward him... he has time for three warnings so the guy could not have been moving too fast towards him...so he had time to retreat if he wanted to.

4.) he can't tell how old the man is... he can't tell what is in his hand... he does not think to run... why the hell not shoot a round into the ground as a warning... The guy is NOT holding the flashlight where it can be confused as aiming a gun at him or he would have said so in the report.

5.) then he shoots FOUR fucking times... is this the movies.. where the guy stops but stands up to receive the other three rounds? That only happens in the movies... the son of a bitch blasted away without worrying where the misses went OR he shot the guy when he was dying on the ground helpless...

Go ahead make more excuses for him... I'm done with it...Talking to you is hopeless and a good sign that because of people like you the killing will continue until enough responsible people take your toys away or enact laws that prohibit this type of avoidable homicide.

The police agree with me.
He could tell he had a metal cylinder in his hand that can be a lethal weapon.
With a club he would, and keep in mind that Hendrix had no way of knowing about his disability, not make a sudden move till he was close enough
to strike.
Hendrix fired 4 times but he only hit Westbrook once.
He either missed 3 times or fired three warning shots possibly one in the ground with each warning.
Somebody who ignores three warnings has to be assumed to not have your best interests at heart.

Why not also show us were this....lie...is. All I see is kdsub and myself....OWNING...your butt in the former discussion. That your 'ok' that some idiot left his house in the dead of night, to confront an unknown and possible enemy force, in the open, without backup or line of retreat. When the police were on the way to deal with the issue. Even out there he was able to give warnings, but not intelligent enough to give ground against an apparently slow moving opposition (nor ask himself why the target was slow moving). How many people hold flashlights like they do firearms? That idiot couldn't tell the difference between a flashlight and firearm. Speaking of flashlights, why didn't the armed nutcase take one with him? Oh that's right, because firearms cost LESS than flashlights in America according to your total absence of reality. And that bullets are easier to come by than batteries.

The only thing you did BamaD, is bring back a thread in which you not only lied but made stupid shit up to defend a position that was silly and stupid to defend in the first place. The guy should be charged with murder if not man slaughter....IN A COURT OF LAW....not in 'the court of the NRA'.

If your going to accuse someone of lying, best you bring up the burden of evidence. Otherwise, I might have to accuse you of resurrecting this thread for a political agenda, and simply lying it has anything to do with 'Ken lying on something'.

Why not also show us where that lie is?

Yeah I know, it's a novel idea.

Maybe if you were following along instead of desperately trying to slam me for something; you would have known that I did.

Here's a hint: Its in the SAME POST as all the material you took to try to attack me on.

There's nothing to "follow along" with, bozo. This thread has been dead for five months. And here's a hint for you: If you want to accuse BamaD of lying, you better quote the lie and show that it's a lie. Otherwise, the person lying is you.

There is nothing for you to follow along, because of your limited intelligence and wisdom. For the rest of us, there is plenty to go on.

I already quoted the lie. Its to bad we have to add 'uneducated' to your growing list of 'features'.

In that conversation he stated that he overcame his brother who was trying to hurt him and in another thread he said they were just horsing around. One is a blatant stupid lie.

The courts had already decided that I was right when we had the conversation. Ken couldn't kick my ass if I bent over for him. Keep in mind that in the current thread he has insisted repeatedly that he always accepts the word of the courts. This whole thread proves that was a lie.
I only brought this to the front page so that when he claimed to be misquoted people could check for themselves. Are you his big brother? I ask because of your apparent need to defend him when he puts his foot in his mouth.

I showed where he lied. The law, not the NRA, agreed with me and had done so before this thread began.
