Bama you can make all the lame excuses for this guy you want but there were so many things he could and should have done... and any responsible person would have done them rather then shoot an innocent man even if by accident.

That only happens in the movies... the son of a bitch blasted away without worrying where the misses went OR he shot the guy when he was dying on the ground helpless...

Go ahead make more excuses for him... I'm done with it...Talking to you is hopeless and a good sign that because of people like you the killing will continue until enough responsible people take your toys away or enact laws that prohibit this type of avoidable homicide.
