ORIGINAL: Zonie63 Yeah, but there are other ways of making money. If his principles dictate that he doesn't want his family or friends associating with black people, he sure picked a strange business to get into. I think he's said that he's not going to sell the team, but the NBA may not give him any choice. There may be a forced sale. he apparently said he didnt care if his "girlfriend" screws black guys, just he doesnt want to see her with them at his games.. thats sort of an odd way of looking at it but the difference is one is private and the other is public.. It seems to me that if he wasnt so damn rich, he would be locked up in the loony bin.. lol I would be very surprised if the NBA tries to force him to sell, imo they have shot their wad and the lifetime ban and fine will be the end of it.. I'd be surprised if they don't. Blacks buy basketball tickets too. I don't think owners want that to read "used to." time will tell if they "force" him to.. I think if they actually had that power they would have exercised it by now.. but he is not the only owner, now is he? Mrs Sterling is an owner also (as it would be community property) and how would it look if she fought them on any "force" they attempted? they would be picking on the unfortunate wifey married to the cheating obnoxious schmuck.. and that wouldnt look so good on them either, now would it?
