I think the Democratic red carpet is already at her feet. All she will need to be crowned their savior is to just say she will run.

That was the conventional wisdom in 08

It was an incredible night for Money in politics.

It was an incredible night for Obama and the Democrat party and their policies to face a referendum

Possibly true but I don't see an Obama out there just now do you? I don't believe her nomination was as cut and dry then as it is now.

That is extremely doubtful. The nutsuckers policies are now facing a referendum, I think this will prove to be the nutsuckers last gasp.

Perhaps some republicans will be born from the coming carnage.

What are they going to do different now? Oppose Obama? [8|]

This one trick pony has been doing the trick so long it's forgotten there are other tricks.

That one trick pony earned a lot of votes

Anyone paying attention just heard the voters resoundingly tell the Democrats that they are far too radical, far too extreme

And they sent in enough Republicans to ensure that Barack Obama is the lamest of lame ducks for the remainder of his term

mnottertail -> RE: Republican Wave! (11/5/2014 1:29:18 PM)

Anyone listening that is not a nutsucker heard no such tocsin sound, but I see they are swelling heads and caucusing in the bathrooms and going to fuck it up like last time. Watch out for 2016. I believe the other part of my posit will occur.

They can't get down the debt they created, nor can they spend like fools on defense, and give tax breaks to the rich.

They will implode.

They got nothing else.

The Republicans can now either act like Democrats and be as hated as Democrats are, or they can govern as moderate conservatives and enjoy mainstream support

Bring change we believe in and LIKE

Reading your posts is most often a complete waste of my time

Time for to cut way back on reading the crazed rantings of the nut sucker man

You really believe you are psychic?

mnottertail -> RE: Republican Wave! (11/5/2014 1:38:03 PM)

I dont read your posts, you are too fucking stupid to warrant my attention.

This ,Citizens United will go down in history alongside the Dred Scott decision .
Other than that it was to be expected given the decision to run away from a sitting President(a futile attempt at that),the usual mid term referendum on the party in power.

And that referendum was resoundingly that the party in power had failed.

mnottertail -> RE: Republican Wave! (11/5/2014 2:04:18 PM)

The original referendum was fiscal conservancy, whining that failed because of a democratic senate. The referendum is fix your fucking debt, fix your fucking deficits, take back the shit you have given to corporations, and come up with national single payer healthcare.

Failing that, you lose take off your pants.

What do you think the likelihood of that happening is? I think they'll act like they always have and be just as hated as they always have.

What about the GOP's radical rethink on gun control? I never thought that would happen.

mnottertail -> RE: Republican Wave! (11/5/2014 2:27:13 PM)

A great deal of state size (name recognized) nutsuckers were buying into the morning after pill this cycle, to "soften" their abortion position and make it slightly more palatable.

What about one Dem after another trying to tell people they were as pro gun as Reps? A sure sign of desperation. And they didn't fool anyone.

DomKen -> RE: Republican Wave! (11/5/2014 2:33:58 PM)

So what trumped up nonsense will the Republicans dream up for the impeachment? We all know it is coming so why pretend they aren't going to do it.

You are projecting

Thats the sort of things Dems wanted to do to Bush, remember

War crimes trials etc etc etc ad nausea for "Bushitler"

MrRodgers -> RE: Republican Wave! (11/5/2014 3:25:39 PM)

Let's just wait and see how many veto pens Obama needs. A rather judicious use may portend a new dem congress come 2016.
