LP,

As an aside - I cmailed you a while ago with a link to Andrew Lincoln in the UK show 'Teachers', which he did some while before TWD, and in which one can see his naked buttocks in the opening scene.

Is there an important reason why you've not shared this obviously crucial link on your thread?

LadyPact -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (3/31/2016 3:14:09 PM)

It wasn't my link to share, dear. You will have folks thinking that I am obsessed with Andrew Lincoln's bum, rather than yours. [8D]

Kidding aside, I'm not going to say that didn't cross my mind when they did the great shot of Rick's behind leaving the infirmary after Carl was shot. The man needs a better fitting pair of jeans. The extra notch in the belt for episode ten was supposed to imply that he's better fed and ummmm... Filling out more. That shot of his backside didn't do him justice.

I forgave the producers when we got to see the view (minus the old man pants) when Rick and Michonne jumped out of bed when Jesus walked into the room in a subsequent episode. I wonder if he wore the privacy sock. <grin>

All the hotness remarks on here, and everybody seems to overlook the hottest of them all: Maggie. Come on folks, I don't care what your sexual orientation, that is one very strong and sexy woman!

She's pretty. I totally understand why people think she's hot. She's very good looking. I like her acting ability. Her grief scenes are amazing.

The gal who plays Tara? I don't get that as much. Everybody is always pointing out her nice rack. Not a lot to go on for somebody who isn't into cleavage.

On the other hand. Norman Reedus' guns. Especially with his wardrobe that has been showing them off this season? Yeah.

ThatDizzyChick -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (3/31/2016 5:17:30 PM)

Yeah well he's a given, if you don't think Daryl is hot you're dead, but I find Maggie's character terribly intriguing and I think she's really hot. She is the one who runs the relationship with Glenn, remember when they first got together, how it was her decision and he was totally taken aback? She fucking seduced him from the get go, she was into him all along and totally played him like a master angler. She has pretty much always been on her game, she knows what she wants and she goes for it, and yet she is also vulnerable and needs human contact
and intimacy.

LadyPact -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (3/31/2016 5:53:55 PM)

Glenn (Steven Yuen) isn't so hard on the eyes, either. That one, I attribute to character development.

I tend to like the Maggie now more than the 'our options are limited, I'll have sex with you' Maggie.

anniezz338 -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/3/2016 9:05:14 AM)

I like Maggie and Glenn. They have the chemistry and make sense.

Rick and Michonne I never saw coming. And I don't like it because I'm not seeing the sizzle. I've been reading interviews of the cast. They didn't even rehears the kissing scenes. If it had been me, I would have had many rehearsals. Rick is hot.

I predict Daryl, Carl or Maggie as the ones that may die.

LadyPact -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/3/2016 10:03:17 AM)

Not a Richonne fan, huh? It's weird but I never really warmed to the Rick/Jessie chemistry. I think it was because I didn't like the Jessie character on the show all that much.

The show had to kind of put Rick with somebody after the Jessie thing if they were going to get closer to the comic story line. In the comics, that was Andrea, but the show killed her off in season three. Since they had to fill that gap, Michonne is as good as any. I don't know how they'll 'fix' it in the show later because the comic pairs her with somebody else.

I know. I'm worse than some women used to be about soap operas. LOL. I'm already all into the marathon, only on threads during commercials, and will be glued to my couch during the season finale tonight.

I don't know if I posted this before but since it's the episode that's on now, here goes:

ThatDizzyChick -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/3/2016 9:49:49 PM)

Well that went badly for them eh, though the ending was pretty much what I expected.

lovmuffin -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/3/2016 11:13:17 PM)

Good grief, we've got to wait for almost another year to see how this shit plays out. I've found some real good stuff, complete runs with the kodi application I've been able to watch on demand. I prefer watching the next episode when I want.

LadyPact -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 6:39:53 AM)

Good Morning and what a strange morning it it in the Walking Dead universe. If you haven't watched yet, do that before reading the thread or any other thread about TWD on the net.

At least I don't have to worry about spoilers on the scroll. It's kind of hard to spoil a cliffhanger. Just as all of the leaks were telling us, we won't know who died at the hand of Negan until season seven. Have to admit, though. I thought Negan's introduction was dang good and I loved that they pulled it almost straight from the comics. I'm loving the guy playing him (Jeffery Dean Morgan).

Carol and Morgan being the side story this week kept them out of Negan's line up, so there went two of my predictions of who would die this season. I was happy to see Morgan shoot that dude and finally, a horse that gets to live.

We'll have to wait until October to find out who really died. I'm thinking Glenn or Abraham are good bets.

Spiritedsub2 -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 10:14:42 AM)

Rick clearly lost his mind during that episode. Everyone else was terrified but he was beyond that. It will be interesting to see if he can come back from it. I'm looking forward to the Fear season starting next week. Don't like the characters (so maybe seeing them suffer will be gratifying :D) but I am really interested in the premise, seeing the unfolding of the end of "our" world, unlike WD about life after the end has already arrived.

Bitch Nuts.

satanscharmer -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 11:55:25 AM)

Total crap. I don't want to wait to find out who was on the receiving end of Lucille.
So many questions!

I may be alone in this, but I thought the intro of Negan a little lackluster. My initial reaction: that's him? That's who is supposed to be the big and bad Negan? Maybe it'll change, but the short time he was on screen, I wasn't impressed.

Yeah, Rick looked whacked-out. He played that scene well, I thought. How I'd expect him to. I have faith in his abilities. Not right away, not without a bloody fight, but I expect him to get the group out of this.

Morgan's new friends are interesting. I wonder if they'll be the knights in shining armor that they appeared to be. At the very least, a part of another group that'll be welcome allies to Alexandria.

Is it fall yet?

SinFix -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 1:45:29 PM)

The group Carol and Morgan run into looks like the Kingdom. There are actually several "groups" that they don't really show us in the tv show.

Freaking cliff hanger, geez it took them 90 mins of turning around and driving to not even give us a clue.. wtf

anniezz338 -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 1:51:26 PM)

Epic fail. I have been watching since Rick woke up in the hospital and this is the most messed up episode I've seen.
And it seems a lot of fans are disappointed. Crap.

lovmuffin -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 1:55:08 PM)

One thing I don't understand is a couple of episodes back they had a supply of RPG's. Daryl used one to blow up Degans biker pals on a previous episode. You'd think they would have taken some of those along for the ride. They could have broken those road blocks.

LadyPact -> RE: The Ultimate Season Six thread for The Walking Dead (4/4/2016 2:54:03 PM)

I was thinking they might have left the remaining RGPs back in Alexandria. One was spent blowing up T's group. (The ones that ambushed Sasha, Abraham, and Daryl in the road.) Another was used to light up the lake when the tower crashed the wall. We may see the launcher again at another time, since this is really just the beginning of the Negan era.

The Savior who had the 'last day on earth' exchange with Rick at the first ambush was a guy by the name of Steven Ogg. I had no clue of who he was, so I looked him up. He's best known for a voice on Grand Theft Auto.

Gimple is already defending the decision of not revealing who died in the finale. I hope that guy's got a bunker somewhere.
