Men have the exact same anatomy (give or take the size of the lacrimal glands) as women, particularly these little things called "nipples", which, often, seems to be the tipping point between showing too much in public and just being racy in public for women.
So, I'd be all for repeal of the laws that discriminate against women being allowed to show their entire chests in public.
The only thing I'd ask is that any women who does so, shouldn't be surprised if men look (at least until it becomes so commonplace that men get bored, which must be what happens in tribal communities).

Yes. Men are universally topless at a beach, and, most men (nearly all) cover their junk quite well.
You won't see mine, for example, swinging wildly for the entire world (including kids) to see.

Therefore, women seem to find a way, even on a beach, to show as much as they can get away with.
But, in my experience, women rarely complain that men are looking at them when they're on the beach; so, I don't have a problem with that, since their actions make sense.

I have never understood suits. So I will take your word for it.
I always found it odd that the sizing on shirts had nothing to do with the size of our torso; only two things mattered, both of which stick out of a suit.
1. Your neck size (which matters greatly because the top button is buttoned so there is no room for error), and,
2. Your arm length (which, I guess, matters because the cuff sticks out of the suit a certain distance).
You'd think shoulder width, or chest width would be part of the sizing, but it's not in the shirts I buy (albeit I don't buy custom tailored clothes).
However, the chest size IS a key component of the suit sizing (the trousers size normally, just as in jeans or any other pants men wear).
Your point that women dress to minimize or maximize their proportions is also important, as I have never met a guy who bothered.
We dress to fit. That's about it.
However, if a woman dresses to MAXIMIZE her proportions, then all I'm saying is that she shouldn't complain when men notice that which she just artificially maximized.

Well, correct that. When I wrestled, that is what our uniform looked like (it wasn't white, and it snapped under our shorts, but, the top was cut the same way.
We used to call the guys who wore those hideous things, "Guidos".
It was a derogatory term then, and I'm sure still is now.
But the point isn't what they wear; it's what they say when people notice what they wear.

Hmmmm... I don't even know who Beckham is, and I only know of Bieber because of the press he gets when he gets arrested, so I'm sure I've never seen his underwear ad. I can't imagine trying to identify with a horridly tattooed freak like Beiber, when it comes to buying my underwear though.
So, the ad wouldn't work on me, I'm pretty sure (plus, I just buy boxers in bulk. I even buy socks in bulk. Black. White. One drawer for each. Pretty simple stuff.)
EDIT: Googling, I see the "bulge" you're speaking about. It doesn't look all that big, but, I can't imagine that the whole setup isn't supremely doctored (the underwear material doesn't even look real, for heaven's sake), so, I can't imagine it having any positive effect (and ug, those Neanderthal tattoos). Decidedly not sexy.
I use boxers most of the time anyway (more comfortable); and no bulge is gonna show up in boxers without trying to make it so (it will stick well out the waist band when hard, but that never happens in public).
If I could walk around with my balls hanging out, and if women liked that, I'd do it.
Heck, I have a discussion on Fetlife where I'm asking Femdom women how they verify when men intimate they have a huge cock.
Nobody responds (for the most part).
It's just not interesting to women - they basically don't care about size whatsoever - other then if she's a small woman - otherwise - the issue isn't something they seem to care about.
