I will have to admit that he has a lousy plan to identify Muslims. He says, immigration just have to ask them if they are Muslim. If they say no, they are not, they are allowed through.
He doesn't understand that real terrorist Muslims will lie that they are Muslims especially if their plot is to infiltrate and kill. So with this plan, he haven't come up with a feasible solution to implement it yet.

Personally, I would simply issue strict visa requirements to people from muslim countries. And extensive background check on each individual needs to be carried out, before approving their visas for entry. But the problem with that is, the expense and the resources, and also co-operation of THAT Muslim country to share data of their citizens.

The spouse visa needs to be looked at too, and I know they are doing it now. As this californian terrorist muslim woman posted supporting ISIS crap on social media, before her entry into the US was approved.

The checks have failed. It could been outdated the way they conduct it.

They should simply ban any Muslims who post on the internet any support for Muslim terrorists group for a start. I think that will be fair. If they support ISIS, they support the destruction of America, they shouldn't be allowed in.

Can the banks be forced by laws to track down any donation of money to terrorist organizations too? People who donated money to their cause should be banned too.
