Like there is zero interest in local sports. You guys could fill stadiums for american football, baseball and basketball. For us, the local teams all play to empty stadiums, even soccer which is the number 1 favourite sport around here. There seem to be quite a few sports arenas you are unaware of in that third world shithole called singapore. How many towns of five million have this many sports venues? Your time of day is displaced by I think nine hours from this site. Looked it up, minus seven UTC. That should mean that you posted at 8:55 or 9:55 PM, enough time to get drunk after work. As such, I take it with the proverbial grain of salt. That just reminded me of something. When I was young I knew older guys who would put salt in their beer. I could stand it but it certainly did not make the beer better. I was only like 14 or so anyway, know what I do/did put salt into ? Tea. I drank tea with butter and seasalt in it. Terrible, I liked it ! It assaults your taste buds. You WILL be awake for a while now. You drink a big cup of this shit you could be in a wheelchair painting the ceiling. I shit you not. That salt is some powerful shit, unrefined. The butter gives you protein and fat. If you do this in the morning, by the time it wears off it is lunchtime. I make the tea REALLY strong. How did we get here ? T^T

FR I was telling my bestfriend that a Singaporean is gonna beat Michael Phelps! My bestfriend was rooting for Phelps. And he was like, Phelps just warming up in the heats, not giving his best! Wait and see! And Yeeesssss!!!! We won gold!!!!!!!! Not only Gold, but a new Olympic Record, faster than Phelps 4 years ago when he won, and our first Gold ever, there has to be 3 silvers lol. In my country, there is like zero support for athletes at all, so for him to make it there, it's 101% his parents support. So like, super credit for his parents to believe in him and give their all to help him achieve his Olympic dreams! And this will pave way for more local children who wants to pursue sports as their dream, convince their parents that it is possible. Now the sad bit is, how they are still gonna force him into the military 3 months later, like WTF! What if he broke a limb? They should seriously exempt him and let him focus on swimming! Lol, and many of us wants a new national holiday to celebrate his win!
