its pre hypertensive but not at scary levels
whoever told you its better to have a big spread between the two, didnt know what they were talking about.

I used to think maybe you were a rich asshole but now I am reconsidering. You might just be a jealous pauper. You obviously do not know how this shit works. When you got money, you can throw plenty of companies into bankruptcy when it is advantageous. Look what Romney did, I don't hear you putting him down. And you can divorce any broad that doesn't please you anymore and get another.

It is not really moral, but it does not prove stupidity.

There are notable exceptions, I know a couple. Their Parents made the sacrifice and paid the tuition. And it paid off.

I learned what it was when I was 18 in nursing school, since then I have probably done thousands of the fucking things. to other people not just had them done on me.

Ive also got a husband with high blood pressure, (he is 70) and I do his cuff readings and my own as I have low blood pressure.

Maybe you missed that post. I DID. While the overall numbers are high, the spread between them is good. When the spread gets down to like 40, there is something wrong with the heart. And 70 is actually on the high side, much higher and they might consider it a problem. But last time I was checked that was about my spread, though the numbers overall were a bit lower. They did not say a word, or recommend any medication or any of the sort. the also said I have a prolonged Q-T which I THINK means my heart muscle stays contracted longer, which may be why.

The reason might be that when I was younger I trained my body to need less oxygen. I did not do the breathing thing like they say, in fact I would do a set of bench presses with a cigarette in my mouth. I learned to turn my head real fast to flick the ash off before the thing fell in my face. We did some very unusual exercises. I could knock you out when you were standing behind me. You could, up to about 210 pounds stand on my chest while I smoked a cigarette and talk to you. With your mouth, you wouldn't want to go to any of the bars I did. Unless you only are this abrasive on the keyboard where people can't get to you. Now it is different, but back then it took three guys to kick my ass and even then one of them had to shoot me.

This is Cleveland buddy, it was a very violent town. It was starting to quiet down because Whites kicked ass but now there are more Blacks so, oh well. Actually I moved to a suburb since but I still miss my house. The cops there respected me, in this town I have not had any interaction with them to find out.

Last time the cops came to my old house they pulled over on the curb and put their lights on, we went out to talk to them. I took in a few roomies and we hooked my 400 watt stereo to his 500 watt stereo and were testing it out. No ticket.

And this is so far off topic it is ridiculous.
