Concealed carry was leagal in 37 states the last I checked and it has picked up a few so what is your point?

The point is that you and a few others keep making such a whoopdeedo about the 'crime' of having weed and a gun in the same place, when more than half the states have legalized weed and by your account 37 states have gun laws that allow CC.

Just what is your point?

Is North Carolina one of those 37 states?

While North Carolina is a state that allows open-carry, dies this law also allow for ex-felons to carry guns?

Is there a clause in that law in which people carrying a gun are also free to be using marijuana at the time?

Here be the case of a most phenomenal fuckwit.

Is there a clause in the US constitution in which people carrying something resembling brain matter are also free to say the most idiotic thing possible at the time?

Does NC or any state in the world hold sway over what are the best laws for mankind or not, in all of history?

Or does mankind sometimes make stupidly idiotic laws against marijuana even in the home and simultaneously for public carry in bars and on public transit?

And yes, NC is one of those 37 states in the US that approves of increasing public danger by allowing public carry of whatever sort.

Training yes.... blame no....just keep in mind any training on how to handle the mentally ill would be both extensive and expensive. In this anti-tax era it is hard to pass any tax no matter how beneficial. Reality says this will not happen so the treatment of the mentally ill will remain the responsibility of the family. As of now it is asking too much for police to analyze and treat the mentally ill and protect their own lives.

I am all for the training Lucy and would vote for a tax to support their training... I just don't think it will happen. I don't think it reasonable to expect a police officer not to protect themselves...and they must also protect others that could be injured by the insane.

It is easy for us to say there is a better way...but we are not facing a crazy man charging us with a screwdriver or holding a weapon.

~FR~

I think I've made about 30 posts regarding my former home town and the incident. I might be a tad overly distraught by it.

Does it show?

So, all four of the police officers in Charlotte were out in the open, asking to see the guys hands, none of them protecting themselves behind vehicles, ... is that what you're saying?

Tell us, what fuckall does that latest report of yours have to do with the Charlotte or Tulsa or Florida events?

How about we just change the rules and have the police shoot everybody they pull over before they approach the vehicle?

You are right about "here's a phenomenal fuckwit"...only the fuckwit is you.

There is a clause in the Constitution...the First Amendment...that does allow people to spew idiocy. Without it, people like you would be silent.

Who the hell cares...other than you or others of your ilk...whether N. Carolina or any other state has the best or worst laws in the history of mankind? If you don't like them, don't move there. If you live there and don't like them, you have two choices: move or try to change them. Actually, there is a third choice: Disobey them and suffer the consequences. Which is what Michael Scott did.

I will give you one thing, though...this is one of the best defective, twisting posts I've seen...you twisted all I said around, including the questions, so that your answer covered what you wanted said.

Yes. It's called the First Amendment.

You're welcome.

The US government has already asserted as much. Your feelings on the matter are irrelevant.

My comment wasn't about my feelings, but the law, to begin with.

My, are you daft.

I will say, though, that my ex girlfriend from Oz (she was a sweetie, but we lived too far apart and were not quite in love or anything) said that she would never go back to her homeland ... because of the 'men' there.

She absolutely loves North Carolina, BTW. That might have something to do with it also.

No I claimed that hands up was the best thing to do.

So every time you see a cop you are suppose to put your hands up?
Or is it that every time a cop speaks to you you should put your hands up?
Will you also get down on your knees and open your mouth to accept his cock?
Tell us at what point common courtesy on the part of a public employee becomes manditrory???when his cock is on your lips or when it is all the way down your throat?

Again you don't know what you are talking about, the caretaker survived and was back at work withing the weak.

What were the rammifications for the cops? Were they charged with attempted murder or discharging a firearm within the city limits?

I already stated that the cops screwed up.

What do you think should be done with the cop who "screwed up?

Such distortion, Butch. In none of the events discussed here do we see anyone charging the police with a weapon.

Yes, you and Awareness got me on the first amendment thing.

So to get to it, then, just what sort do you consider to be my ilk, pray tell?

It's not as if we don't already know that you just make shit up to fill your narrative about whatever to make one straw man after another in stumbling to make a nonexistent 'point,' but we could use the comedy in any case.

Here's some news about society and how it's gone down hill because of fuckwads like you. (There's an invocation of the first amendment likely not to your liking.)

My older sister got popped for having 24 young MJ plants in her car in '78 in rural NC. The officer was nice and polite, let her drive herself a mile down the highway to a parking lot where it was to be towed from. She got out the next morning on personal recognizance. Paid a $50 fine 3 weeks later. (I did, actually)

She went on to get a masters degree and taught and was librarian at public schools for many years.

Had that happened after your boy Reagan came along, aside whatever time she might have served, she would have had much greater difficulty in finding employment because of 'criminal record' from a felony charge and conviction.

Her 'booty' amounted to a misdemeanor back then. But thanks to fuckwits like you voting fuckwits into office, that would definitely be a felony offense now. Now do you understand why I don't give a flying fuck about what dullwits like you and those you vote for consider a 'crime' or not?

People like you just watch all the über rich folks like others watch celebrities on TMZ and still gripe and bitch about people making the lowest wage in the land.

Reagan suckered a bunch of people in with many great promises, utterly impossible to fulfill. Congrats on being one of the suckers, but by gosh don't expect anyone to take such a gullible person seriously.

Reagan was advised that it would be a good thing to lock up as many black teenagers as possible, because that would make losers like you happy. And so it happened.

So that you and -those of your ilk- could have something to bitch and moan about later, from the generation of kids with no dads.

Gingrich pushed through the law to eliminate education for those on welfare, because he, like you, thought it better that they remain in the lowest echelon of society, and again, so the people of your ilk would have something to bitch and moan about a generation later.

You and your ilk are just inveterate whiny bitch motherfuckers, no two ways about it.

Back to the original subject of the thread the NLF has to give money back to sponsers because the games are being boycotted by so many people.
