When I Dom, I do not like to gag. I like a woman's voice too much to muffle it. If a sub wanted a gag, I would certainly indulge her. I would prefer a ball gag for the look, the ring gag for the obvious play, and a bit gag if I was whipping her.

I never was gagged as a sub. But, I never was heavily flogged or bent over. With a strapon, I would think a bit gag would be best.

lurrrrrrrrve gags.... some women like shoes, some women prefer handbags... me, i'm a gags kinda girl

visually i like the neck corset type gags.
i'm curious about the inflatable ones, but not so keen on the whole chipmunk thing.
but basically any kind of gag is certainly going to get my attention in a *good* way

personally like gagging with headharness ballgag best looks very hot and is effective..inflatable are very cool too i been told ,,fills the nmouth complete but still breath too small tube....anyway..gagged chicks rock lol..have fun

My favorite type of gag to apply is a knotted scarf cleave gag, followed by another unknotted scarf cleave. If the knot is thick enough, it will rest deep into the sub's mouth causing her to drool. I find drooling to be the quintessential element of D/s. It reflects a complete lack of control - one of the most basic functions we don't even know we do (swallow) is removed. Once she drools, i add a top layer and wait for her to drool through it, and then add another layers (etc).

As far as being gagged, I alos like scarves, but I also enjoy a nice ripe ballgag - as long as i am knot on my back (choking hazard). I too like to be to the point of uncontrollable drooling for teh same reason I noted above.

Muffle hood with a custom molded silicone insert the holds down the tongue, and fits snugly and tightly around the teeth. And a sound deadening ventilated enclosure outboard of that. No movement of the jaw, and even noises coming from the nostrils deadened.

A few points here. Favorite types have to be standard old ball gag, and cock gags. I mean, if it's impractical to have His cock in your mouth at that moment, it doesnt mean you cant be reminded that it should be there, right? My big thing about gags is that it has to be silicone-anything else tastes disgusting and I start onomatopoeiaing right away. I also cant tolerate cloth in my mouth, at all.

Also, if you're going to wear a gag for a decent amount of time, you should probably think about stretching before and after. Will help prevent or prevent exacerbating jaw issues.

Lastly, for the person who mentioned being able to plop out a ball gag-they make them in different circumferences. If you're worried about removal, measure the sub's bite and buy the next size bigger. Mine is about 1 3/4 inches, but my ball gag is 2". Worn tight, I cant pop it out, and I cant even drool in it, i have to sort of tilt my head back and let the spit slide down my throat. (Icky, i know, but talk about control. Can wear it max about a half hour before it starts being an issue. Worn more loosely, i can pop it out to talk in an emergency and more importantly, i can drool in it.

I would be torn between a few types of gags and as i am A Switch it also depends on if they are to be used on me or I am using them on her .
- Top of the list would have to be getting the female very hot and bothered teasing ,sensation use , and more , then making sure her pretty panties are nice and wet they would be slowly cut off her body , placed into her mouth , secured with some non stick bondage tape allowing for some to stick out of the top lip area under her nose .
- The Jennings and Whitehead dental devices are just plain fun and the drool factor is the best ,they do not muffle speech all that well yet very Hot ! but you better enjoy the drool as there shall be some .
- Last but i say not by any means least , the inflatable type butterfly buckle locking if you also wish gag .This is the silencer and only slight muttering shall be the only oral communication , and yes drool factor too .

There are times when i just love to hear and be heard but if a gag is used those shall be my picks . The ball gag is still a stand by and it does work n all but not my personal top 3 .If i am to be the one gagged a firm hand over my mouth by a Domme makes me melt .

I would say my favorite to use on a sub or slave is a traditional ball gag. Although it has to be one with more of a harness or multiple straps so as to completely destroy any notion of dislodging it. While I agree with some who have brought to fore the humiliation aspect of ring gags, for me they are a no-go. Tried several different ones, each ending with the rings being too small for accomidation or the ring being too wide for the sub's mouth.

I luuuurve the hand over the mouth, its just so masterful mmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I had always had a hatred of the ball gag as it doesnt look the prettiest when in use but I think lately Ive grown to like the idea of it for that very reason, I would find it humiliating and its starting to appeal.

Other than that tape is definately a good one. I like the rough & ready spur of the moment stuff.

Damn it... I have gotten myself all worked up now

my favorites are over the mouth detective style gags or a cleave gag with a scarf,bandana,cloth..it is aesthitically pleasing to the eye...oh and i only like to be the receiver of such.

Head harness ballgag, no question. With every strap buckled tight, my mouth is forced shut on it, and I enjoy the constant pressure.. helps me really get into that submissive headspace.

I'm late to the party, but a scarf, bandana, or cloth gag in general is my favorite. I had a girlfriend who wore scarves and bandanas on occasion, and I loved using them to gag her. I also loved when she would gag me with them. Sometimes knotted, sometimes unknotted, sometimes with one stuffed in the mouth and another tied over it -- all were a turn on.

bit style rope. i have an exceptionally small mouth and it's the only style that's both comfortable to me and yet stills gags. (and comfortable being a relative term- i have a hard time scening if it feels like my jaw is cracking).
