Dear Juliaoceania, > I am a humanitarian. You go girl. The truth is some people have low self-esteem, and have some sort of complex when it comes to a certain group of people, so it is okay when a member of that group is put down, because they feel their group has been put down for too long. For example, some females have suffered a lot of abuse, mistreatment, and discrimination by men. Some females have had a very hard time being female, and seem to think it is more advantagous to be a man. They get the impression that males often take advantage of females, and females usually get the short end of the stick, so they feel good when the tables are turned, and men get to feel some of the shit they have had to deal with. This emotional feeling is sexist. Most people are sexist. It is hard to think of a class of people, and just see individuals, and not feel anything about the class, in general. There are not many people in the world like us. You might want to take a look at an intentional community I am trying to create. Go to the website: www.ic.org, and do a search for the community called "Empathy." --Michael
