I thought it was a fascinating commentary on the world in which I grew up. The story chronicled the lives of these two men for twenty-odd years, starting in 1963 (I was four). It was a much different time, then, and I thought it was portrayed beautifully. I'm not usually a big fan of dramas, either, but this one was well worth seeing. That, and I've been a Heath Ledger fan ever since "A Knight's Tale" and "10 Things I Hate About You."
