i guess this is directed at fem subs/slaves out there with male Doms, although God help those boys n girls who have Dommes with bad PMS!

how do you deal with that time of the month which i like to refer to as Putting up with Men's Shit? He calls it Pass My Shotgun.

my lower abdomen cramps... my head aches... i am hyper-sensitive... i feel like either crying or screaming.

i haven't posted this in the medical forum because i don't really need advice on alleviating PMS. i've spoken to numerous professionals over the years and am on medication which only helps so much.

what i'd like to know is this. as a submissive who does not have the 'luxury' of throwing tantrums (oh yes, i can throw a good one), how do you stop from going mad?

any words of sympathy wouldn't go astray either.

Working out helps, I find.

Well firstly i always tell Master when im menstrating and normally only get depressed and sensitive so its not so bad although i do get a bit cranky too so i just tell Master that i'm unsure that id be able to watch my mouth and ask him to excuse me for a few days so that i dont disrespect him or anger him or else beg him to use the ball gag both work for me lol but at least with the gag i still get to see him

My sympathies to you...  I understand feeling rotten and the wild emotional swings the week before my period starts.  The emotional distress is compounded when I am under a lot of stress as I also suffer from anxiety/depression at times.  Master is tremendous at noticing when my cycle is starting to creep up as He asks me if my mood is because of a particular event or if my period is getting ready to start.  I can be angry, weepy, nervous, insecure...  all in a matter of minutes.  He is sweet to me, especially when I notice the roller coaster of emotions I am on and how it is making me act irrationally.  He has talked me out of some very nasty moods, hugged me when I felt pitiful, and just been dear when I needed someone to understand that I was not feeling like myself and just needed to be loved in spite of it all.

As one who gets very sick each month, it's not always a happy time! I am however, very fortunate to have a Master who is more sympathetic and understanding to my moods and problems then I am... He feeds me my favorite foods, takes me for longer walks, gets me the pain pills, and will even by my 'goods' if I'm too sick to go to the store. I appologize incessently and he just tells me not to worry and that he loves me. :) I'm lucky.

This is how I am and as Im typing this, going through the whole PMS, bleeding, pain and etc.  And at this time I don't have a Dom/Master....I just hope that when I finally find one that he does the same thing(s) that you have described mystic. :)
