Well, since you asked.  I tend to be very involved with my hands and fingers doing the walking.  I enjoy humming, making buzzing noises, using lip suction, using teeth, and all sorts of other things.  I tend to be rather experimental and like to try new things.

On the other hand, the physiology is different; I dont have to learn to relax the muscles in the back of my throat to go downtown on a woman.

But that is just me and I could be wrong.

Status: offline 		um yes you do...you put on your big girl pants and take responsibility for your behavior...and i have tmj and yes its very painfull, ice helps at the time but you do need to get it looked at, you ruun the riskof getting lock jaw and i will assume your partner wont like having to go to the hospital because you cant stop bitting him.

Zuma - i totally dont have ANY of those problems.  They sound really really serious.  My first thought was "how do you eat"??

Riot - Carefully!  It's not as bad as it could be, I'm sure.  Anything that's very crunchy or chewy as to be enjoyed in small amounts or else my jaw tires out.  For a while, I couldn't eat anything as hard as Corn Nuts, which really sucked because I adore the BBQ flavored ones.  I can eat them in moderation now, although I can forget giving any blowjobs that day or the next one.  Bleh.

Status: offline 		I agree julia, i also had jaw surgery several years ago for TMJ and still have some problems.  In fact as i recall my first indication of TMJ was my jaw locking while giving a bj. Not easy to explain to the dr., but with time humor is found.  Anyway Sir and i were discussing this very topic yesterday.  I explained how i had difficulty and why it was a difficulty.  The pain can be excrutiating making flogged and weighted nipple clamps a walk in the park.  Anyway the solution is to let the hands help, continue to practice (ummmm) but stop before harm is done.  After all He does not wish His toy to be broken.
