Just a thought..since we post our pictures here, could it also be a source when looking for a criminal and then baiting them to see if it IS them.

arent blow jobs illegal too?

lol i was once being arraigned (think i spelled that right) and while i was waiting i heard some one being arriagned for Sodomy.  Just Sodomy.. thats it.  Nothing else but sodomy.  I did sit there and wonder how embarressing that must be as a Judge calls your name out and says "YOU Have been tried with the offense Sodomy, how do you plead?"  ha ha ha.. course then i wondered how does one get charged with sodomy?  Do the cops sneak a peek in your bedroom window?  Was the guy out having some sodomite fun in the local park with his girl or guy?

So is spitting.  And so is cussing a cop.  AND if you throw something and hit another person.. that is also considered assualt.  Any unwanted touching is assualt.  I once poured salt on a girl and was notified by a cop, that its assualt to salt a girl  (ha - i found that comical)

Many things are illegal.  The most important question is - will they really prosecute and can you get a lawyer that can beat the case?

Oh and in mexico its HIGHLY illegal (i was notfied one drunken night) to make out in public.  Aye, the police walked up and said we had been "reported"  (and i was fully clothed!)  The guy and i found a quiet spot on the beach behind a wall which we found out was NOT so private as the police came up AGAIN and notified us how illegal we were behaving.

Hello All,

I don't post up here much anymore, but I thought I'd bring something that I'm seeing to the attention of the general community.  Over the past few weeks I've been approached by / spoken to several people via e-mail or chat who seem to want to immediately engage me about illegal activities that they'd like to discuss or engage in that I won't mention here for obvious reasons.

It has happened often enough over the past few weeks that it makes me wonder whether some entity, official or otherwise, that would like to see collarme shut down isn't engaging in a bit of trolling to try to make a case that collarme is a hotbed of these activities.  Have any of you seen a similar increase?  It could be just a conincidence in my case.

I'd also like to ask publically that, if some of those reading here are engaged in activities that you know are illegal where you live, please, for the sake of this community, discuss  them elsewhere.  All it would take is a few people discussing the wrong thing with the wrong people to bring down all kinds of trouble on a resource that is freely provided to the community at large.

Doesn't suprise me at all.
The police did this on a motorcycle forum I used to belong to. Everytime we setup a ride
they would setup a speed trap on one of the roads we were riding on. After that, we setup
all rides by e-mail and there were no more speed traps.

Nice girls, not one with a defect
Cellophane shrink-wrapped, so correct
Red dogs under illegal legs
She looks so good that he gets down and begs

She is watching the detectives
"Ooh, he's so cute"
She is watching the detectives
When they shoot, shoot, shoot, shoot
They beat him up until the teardrops start
But he can't be wounded 'cause he's got no heart

Long shot at that jumping sign
Invisible shivers running down my spine
Cut to baby taking off her clothes
Close-up of the sign that says "We never close"
He snatches at you and you match his cigarette
She pulls the eyes out with a face like a magnet
I don't know how much more of this I can take
She's filing her nails while they're dragging the lake

You think you're alone until you realize you're in it
Now fear is here to stay, love is here for a visit
They call it instant justice when it's past the legal limit
Someone's scratching at the window, I wonder who is it?
The detectives come to check if you belong to the parents
Who are ready to hear the worst about their daughter's disappearance
Though it nearly took a miracle to get you to stay
It only took my little fingers to blow you away

Just like watching the detectives
Don't get cute
It's just like watching the detectives
I get so angry when the teardrops start
But he can't be wounded 'cause he's got no heart

Watching the detectives
It's just like watching the detectives
Watching the detectives
Watching the detectives

But illegal varies by jurisdiction - for example, pro domming is illegal in Vegas, although legal elsewhere.  And lately there have been a lot of crackdowns on outcall girls (NOT dommes, but girls who advertise on craigslist), so apparently there is bonus year-end money in the law enforcement budgets targeted for "morality" crimes.  This may also apply in other jurisdictions.

But Bluebird,

Hi!!! I like fishing and hunting and farting at camp, what do you like to do?  Is your mother still alive?  How many brothers and sisters do you have?  How old are they?   What is your favorite tree?

If you can put up with that  and I have talked to you for some time, I might let you have a hint (but not much more) when you ask the question what would you do to me if we were alone?  (it is all you girls think about is sex, you never really want to know a man other than the name of his penis)

Ron

If someone asks me the question, "What would you do to me?" before I have physically met him, the conversation is over anyway.  And I'm not a particularly patient person - if I am interested in someone, I expect to meet quickly, generally within 2 weeks of starting the conversation.

But, since quite a few ladies on here explicitly state that they are indeed pro and invite men to "write for detail$" - that is essentially asking for a setup.  I would assume/hope they have some sort of screening process prior to arranging a session, particularly if they reside in a jurisdiction where such activities are illegal.

I dont think its as easy as they cant do that, its entrapment.  If they want you enough they will get you, or at the very least destroy your reputation.  Anyone can look on here after all, whatever their motives.

Dumb laws in SC (As in laws that may or may not be adhered to and may or maynot be enforced by local authorities under the label of blue laws)

--It is illegal to give or recieve oral sex in South Carolina.
--When approaching a four way or blind intersection in a non-horse driven vehicle you must stop 100 ft from the intersection and discharge a firearm into the air to warn horse traffic.
--It is perfectly legal to beat your wife on the courthouse steps on Sundays.(I wonder if they'd agree to a public flogging? *giggle*)
--It is a capital offense to inadvertently kill someone while attempting suicide.(I just thought this one was mobidly funny)
--A person must be eighteen years old to play a pinball machine.(This one's just plain retawded)
Charleston SC: The fire department may blow up your house.
Clemson SC: Bitches in heat shall be confined.(Well, damn. I'm shit outta luck)
Fountain Inn: Horses are to wear pants at all times.
Greenville: The drinking age on Furman University campus is 60 years old.
Hilton Head: One commits a nuisance if he or she leaves a large amount of trash in their own vehicle.
Spartanburg: Eating watermelon in the Magnolia Street cemetary is forbidden.

Connecticut Stupid Blue Laws:

--You can be stopped by the police for biking over 65 miles per hour.
--In order for a pickle to officially be considered a pickle, it must bounce.
--It is illegal to dispose of used razor blades.(What the hell else are we to do with them???)
Devon CT: It is unlawful to walk backwards after sunset.
Guilford CT: Only white Christmas lights are allowed for display.
Hartford CT: You aren't allowed to cross a street while walking on your hands.
It is illegal for a man to kiss his wife on Sunday.
Southington CT: Silly string is banned.

Texas Stupid Blue Laws:

--It is illegal to sell one's eye.
--A program has been created in the state that attempts to control the weather.
--Up to a felony charge can be levied for promoting the use of, or owning more than six dildos.(Owie!)
--
Homosexual behavior is a misdemeanor offense.
Abiline TX: It is illegal to idle or loiter anyplace within the corporate limits of the city for the purpose of flirting or mashing.

Borger TX: It is against the law to throw confetti, rubber balls, feather dusters, whips or quirts (riding crop), and explosive firecrackers of any kind.(what about using?? )
Dallas TX:It's illegal to possess realistic dildos.
El Paso TX:
Appearing in public places wearing a "lewd dress" is prohibited.
Galveston TX: Any person who sits on a sidewalk may be fined up to $500.
San AntonioTX: It is illegal for both sexes to flirt or respond to flirtation using the eyes and/or hands.

Ok...my ass hurts, imma go do some cleaning.  Have fun.

(Side note)

For those of you that have pointed out some of the more absurd possible laws in certain areas....I really don't think most people have much to worry about.

Things involving sex acts in the privacy of your own home have a very, very small percentage rate of arrests anymore.

I lived near SC for several years, close enough that I was there most weekends. The pinball machine is because they have/had machines that paid out cash. Apparently (and logically) people let kids play them, then said they couldn't have the money they deserved because they were under 18 and gambling illegally. Thus, they made pinball machines adults only.

I'm not sure the truth of the reasoning, but I have seen pinball machines in SC that paid cash for certain accomplishments/scores.

One of my favorite laws in NC is that it was illegal to beat your wife in public with anything wider than three fingers. It got repealed a dozen years ago or so.

Very much like the old law that a man could beat his wife but only with anything no thicker than his thumb : IE Rule Of Thumb

Aine - some pinball machines double as gambling devices i.e. you can win money from them.  That'd be why you need to be over 18 to play them.

The issue about laws against activities, such as sodomy (for example) are examples of what you could call 'rider' crimes.  Basically, they're often crimes that get tacked onto other crimes to make the ultimate punishment worse.  An example is if I shoot a man on a city street with a stolen assault rifle on the street, not only am I guilty of murder, but also felony possesion of a fire arm, possession of a fire arm without a permit, possession of stolen goods, discharging a weapon in public, disturbing the peace, and felony assault.  The difference can be between15 years to life and 40 years to life.

Also, an arrest for a lesser crime (like sodomy) can give the police legal cause to execute a search warrent, blood testing, fingerprinting, DNA testing, detention, and other legal procedures that would otherwise be impossible without sufficient evidence.

It's not the polices' job to decide what the law is; it's their job to enforce it.  How they do it might not seem fair or agreeable, but as citizens, if we don't like our laws, we have plenty of resources availible to get it changed.

I was well aware of all of that.

I'm just merely pointing out Publicly labeled "Stupid Blue Laws".

Hell, I know well that they look for any little thing to tack onto the list if they either feel like being your general assholes, or if they have reason to get things such as warrants, blood testing, etc.

I've known people pulled over for speeding tickets, that (to me, I'm not surprised) also got tickets for the height of the car, the types of lights they were using, neons, tail pipes, noise, etc.

I've also known someone that got arrested for a number of things, and on top of that list was a fine for spitting on the sidewalk in front of the cop.

So thanks for the info, and hopefully it alleviates some curiosities and unknowns for others.

But really, I was being cheeky.

Does a private chat with someone who does not list their profile on CM suspect? Also do you know what a mail coming from someone whose handle is written in Black as apposed to usual Pink mean anything? Thanks in advance.
