Your economy is benefitting from oil revenues stolen from Iraq and handed out to your multinationals. This idea that US taxpayers are propping up world organisations is wide of the mark. If anything, US taxpayers are benefitting from assets stripped from other parts of the world. Your line is pure propaganda, straight from the government's mouth.
