You know what, i grew up whit a nurse as my mother and as a little girl looked through her medical books, i knew full well why my friend Shiela was brown and i had more pinkish skin, it had to do whit how mutch melanin there was in a person`s skin cells, racisem was never somthing i understood, why would somone hate somone just becouse they had more melanin in their skin cells? i had very little melanin i leared so i would easy be sun burned and had to protect my near paper white skin by alot of sunblock, while my darker mother and grandfather could use less sunblock and Shiela could use een less than that. That was my knowledge of the difference between black pepole and while pepole when i grew up, black pepole had to use less sunblock and could bathe in the lake alot longer than me before they got sunburned, lucky Shiela.
When i gre up my attitude did not change, i honestly dont see a difference, skincolor is nothing, no more than the color of ones hair or eyes, it is a apperace feature to me, nothing more, and i have always been against racisem in any from. And then i get a bit upset when i am called a racist becouse i refused to go out whit somone that might be black, or like now, i dont like the sound of a dialect some black pepole use. It is very sad that a few black pepole yell rasist every time somone disagree whit them, that take credit and atention away from the real problem whit racisem there is in the world. No my dear tounchtesky some pepole just dont care what color you are and might dislike some thing aboute you becouse of you, not the ability your skin have to protect you from sunlight.
