Aquaman.

Although Spiderman, the reluctant hero, appeals to various aspects of my personality.

Even though he is considered a dark hero, I have always had a fondness for Lobo.

Aquaman sucks fish-sticks.

He has the power to breathe underwater. And talk with fish. I mean, come on, that's even less useful than the power to shrink.

Remember. Mermaids don't got pussy.

When I was a 7 year old surfer wannabe, pussy was pretty much the absolute last thing on my mind.

Batman always was a little too close to the boy wonder! They dropped the whole gay image when they redid the animated show in the 90s. I never thought of that Batman as gay.

lol you never said if my mention of Pocoyo was okay - he is adorable - he isn't on in the States but youtube  (doing the pocoyo dance)

minnetar

I have no idea who that is, but you can put anyone you want down as your favorite.

LOL this made me laugh. If it's any consolation, I had an invisible, fictional horse.

As for Superhero - Batman, of course - he's a millionaire!

I think it was Yukio Mishima who said that he knew he was gay when he got turned on by Adam West in
a leotard.

Did you watch the tv show? The actor in that was in the Brotherhood of the Wolf playing the Botanists Iriquois sidekick who just happened to be a super badass fighter. The movie is French, dubbed into English. It has a cool look.

There should be only one role model for a Surfer, and that is the most famous Herald of Galactus.

I always liked robinhood, or the three muskateers.

Even though they were wearing tights, I'm not sure they're considered Superheros ...

Well If we are just talking about comic book heros no. Or only heros that super powers no they wouldn't be. But if batman can be and he had no powers just cool gadgets I don't see why not. They did heroic things, fought evil and saved lifes. So why not?
