Status: offline 		sophiesback It's been there since last Friday. The only time it seems to go away is when i have lots of alcohol in my system. How f'ed up is that? (and the high BP thing).
Hi sophie - Hey there is a supplement called GABA that I learned about for me EX's biploar. If alchohol helps it might have the same effects since GABA is what alchohol messes with in the brain.
Also there is something called Resperate it helped me get mine down from 180's to the 120's. Plus I take Cardioton, magnesium citramate, coQ10, l-arginine. cut out caffine (okay I'm still working on that), use nu-salt to get more potasuim, and walk 3 times a week for an hour.

Well zepher; now that I have the money to get my land, the next step is basic financial freedom (this summer hopefully) then I might just have the money to invite some of you out for a vacation and see what happens. LOL
I want chilodren and those that also want that on here seem to want three things - 1) a home, 2) financial security, and the 3) ability to be stay at home moms. Until I can provide that I'm out of the running so that is first on my list. I took 2 years but number 1 is done even though I have not purchased one yet. Hopefully, part two and three will be in the next six months if I work hard enough.

Status: offline 		Holly - That WAS the plan, but the LoudOne is in "FirstClassBrat" mode and i informed him he is going no where today. He informed me i am rude. He was up at 3am...and so was his mommy. Whereas he is demonstrating the full force of the Tsunami Threes, i am pooped, which makes the whole situation worse.
Ahh. It is post like these that let me know I'll be an okay parent because I switch on masochism and will enjoy the pain.  Heart goes out to Holly. If I lived closer i would volunteer to take the LO fishing or clam digging so Holly could have a break (not the type that involves bones, kitchen appliences, or electronics)

Life is going okay, although it looks like I need to do the whole spark plug/wires/cap replacement on the car tomarrow.

oops it thought it was a joke...

in that case a clean hooker, and a Dr.s appointment...or skip the hooker and take him to a bar right before closing and find the 1 girl trashed enough to sleep with anything and not so trashed she'll puke on everything...if you take care of that problem...it just might take care of the rest long enough to get him to the Dr for some meds.

The SSA did deem me as disabled and I am just waiting for my back pay to come in. Had the Medicare pyhsical (no caffeine yet) and will get my density test on the 17th, the mammogram on the 29th and am dealing with a bad tooth right now. Where are those antibiotics...There we go!
